   Because we didn’t have cocktails we felt they rushed us thru our meal. We hadn’t even finished our appetizer when they came with the mains. They literally had to stand while the busboy quickly cleared off the appetizer plates. We were done with the whole experience in less than 30 minutes. All of a sudden they pumped up the music extremely loud for a belly dancer to come out. It was unpleasant to sit and not hear each other in a rounded booth. Pretty place tho

   The Valentine’s date went well! The service was excellent, and the staff was highly flexible with food preferences and plating. The food was great, too! We loved the spicy chicken kafta and kafta Halabi kebabs. Great dips and appetizers! We ordered labneh dip and falafel. Both were good. We wished there was more garnish for the dip, though. Overall, we loved the ambiance and oil candles. The only downside was some mosquito bites despite sitting inside, probably due to open windows. Excellent: It was very sweet to receive a surprise rose at the end of our dinner.

   Loved the food.. our server was great. The noise level inside was super loud so it was hard to have a conversation plus we didn’t love our table ( location)

   We very much enjoyed our first visit to this excellent restaurant. The food was delicious with an extensive selection of small plates to share. Holly C was very attentive and kept the service of various dishes flowing at the required pace to ensure we were not overwhelmed. The restaurant was pleasantly busy creating an atmosphere that indicated a happy and relaxed selection of diners. We would certainly recommend this restaurant and would return ourselves when next visiting Delray Beach.

   Great food! We were seated outside after requesting a shaded table. However, it was still in the sun and hot which made our experience less enjoyable.

   Larger location is incredible. Food is spectacular. Noise was higher than usual since they have a belly dancer on Tu nights. That was fun but definitely raised the volume.

    If you are looking for great Mediterranean food, Amar is the place to go! Food is excellent, service is terrific. Indoor and outdoor seating plus a very quaint bar fully stocked. We go once a week, no surprises, always delicious!
