This culinary experience is created and curated by Michelin-starred Chef Silvio Salmoiraghi and our executive Chef Fabio Pizzigoni. It takes place in our Private Dining Room, where you will enjoy a special and unique dinner while watching our team. Our Chef will prepare and personally serve you an 8-course tasting menu that will take you on a gastronomic 3 hour journey throughout the countries and cultures that shaped Chef Salmoiraghi during his career. We also offer a special sommelier-curated wine pairing, cocktail pairing and an extensive à la carte wine list. To better accommodate your culinary experience, we gently require a 48-hour notice for allergies and dietary restrictions. A full vegan menu is available only upon request.

Anthony our waiter was excellent. We ate on the early side for a Monday at 7:00 Pm and the restaurant had a just a few couples but by 9:00 restaurant has many tables full. Staff was excellent. Food is on the rich, full flavored. We had the oxtail papadelle pasta, the Caesar Salad, and the fish was delicious. Shrimp pasta was tasty But shrimp was over done but that can happen. Second time coming and we’d highly recommend it

They did a great job renovating the California Pizza Kitchen into this restaurant. The risotto was very good, but the sea bass and the pasta we had was just average. We thought this was on the expensive side considering our experience - on the plus side, the service was excellent. I'm not sure if we will go there again, but glad we gave it a try.

Had a great dinner last night to finish our birthday celebration. The server was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend the meatballs and oxtail ragu. The pasta was perfect Al dente. Will come back to try more of their other pasta entrees.

Horrible restaurant layout/design((hostess stand is literally one step in from the door and there is one way in and one way out of the restaurant which makes you walk through a narrow area of the bar, which is almost impossible to get through if people are sitting there). We had the calamari which was too chewy and a pasta and pizza(both were only warm, the pizza had definitely been sitting). Drinks were good but overpriced, actually everything was overpriced for what it is. Service was the best part of the dining experience. We won't be back.

We had great service and a nice table where the fireplace was. The focaccia was delicious,Caesar salad large and tasty… disappointed in the carbonara. My husband had the truffle tagliolino whuch was better than the carbonara.

Great experience trying our Ambrogio here in AZ. When we go to San Diego we always stop in at their PB location. Thank you!

Food and service was great. However, stay away from the wicker chairs they are extremely uncomfortable.

Very over priced for what you get. They have several options for water, was not made aware of the up charge until the bill came. Waitress wasn't super kind but she was honest and told us not to get something because she got complaints about the particular meal from other guest. I would not recommend coming to this restaurant, the Cheesecake Factory is a way better option then this place. Wouldn't be surprised if this place is closed down in a few months.
