We dined at American Bounty. Really fun with interesting food. A terrific value for the winter fixed price dinner. Somewhat erratic service.

The food was delicious and presentation excellent. The wait staff was very present without being overbearing. Our primary student waitress Elsa was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. This has been our experience each time we visit the CIA regardless of which restaurant we eat at.

I ate here for the first time last month & enjoyed it so much I went back 4 weeks later with a group of friends. The potato parsnip gnocchi was amazing! The Black Sea bass & the beef duo were both delicious. (I shared with a friend to taste 2 dishes). I didn’t share the gnocchi for I had it the previous time & loved it so much I wanted it again. 5 of the 6 people ordered the gnocchi & all raved. For dessert I had the banana pudding, again I had ordered it the previous time & loved it so much I wanted it again. This time I shared that and with the chocolate mousse. The chocolate mousse is the only item I can’t recommend. It was way too heavy & tasted too much like chocolate syrup & not mousse. The restaurant, service & everything else was perfect. I hope to go back soon again!

Our server Ty was great. The food was fantastic. The rest of the dining room staff were a little green and it showed.

Excellent food. Cannot beat the 3 course winter special. Great space and service was friendly, helpful and gracious. Only comment, and perhaps because I am an interior designer, but the chairs are heavy to move esp when they straddle the wood floor and inset carpet. I had a hard time even but my older guest could not do it without getting up. Again, I am perhaps more aware of my environment than most. Thank you for a lovely experience.

The students were , friendly, eager to please and always attentive. The food was delicious. I enjoyed the butter nut squash soup and the mofongo that accompanied the snapper was a treat, especially since I am from Puerto Rico and don’t see it on menus in the states.

This was my fourth time dining and the experience was,,,,just okay. The first three times was outstanding. This time the sever was pleasant but not engaging. The venue was super busy. The rolls which I love were cold not as luscious as usual. I put as a note on my reservation that we were celebrating my wife's graduation but no one mentioned it or asked if we were celebrating anything. They did note the allergies I listed and the diet. Overall it was okay. I recommend it to anyone who has not been. But I will not rush to return
