The service was disappointing. I had to ask for my drinks and water multiple times. The younger waitress was very distracted, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. After 5 PM, she left, and I was switched to a better waiter. Also, the menu no longer includes the avocado toast with tuna, which was delicious.

Great location along side the Miami river. Burgers were excellent. Our server Demi was pleasant and friendly. She made to the dining experience great, we are glad we selected American Social for a casual dinner.

Great place to stop and have dinner. Outside patio has great canal views. Staff was exceptional. We will definitely return next trip to Miami

Waiter kept ignoring me to refill my bottomless mimosas (in 2 hours I only got 2 refills, my cup was empty over 80% of the time) & the chicken for the chicken and waffles was raw. Worst experience ever, would never be back.

Was in for a quick trip to Miami- service was great to start but painfully slow. Food came out before drinks, reordered a drink while ordering my dinner it never came, we notified server and it was an additional 10 min from there so much that we had finished our meal and even paid before it came out. Mind you it was a glass of wine not a mixed cocktail. They seemed to cater to birthdays and events rather than a small table of 4. Ambience was pretty but typical Miami with very loud music. It was a Saturday at 1:45 for lunch. Not our cup of tea but having to been to other American socials it was far from what we’ve experienced in the past. Wouldn’t go back to this location but I’ll continue to try others.
