Couple of things I’d like to mention here, Made us wait 45 minutes even though we had reservation, no place to sit, just stood there for 45 mins in front of the door, it was chilly by the door! When we ordered food they ran out of pita bread.. they said we don’t have pita bread when we have already ordered food. Ate hummus and kebab with a spoon! The server didn’t really check on us if we needed anything. We kept looking for our sever so we can ask for water but no luck! Anniversary dinner wasn’t that special for the first time! Thank you Amomoora!

Beautiful space, delicious food, great menu and good service. A bit of a wait for a table, but food came out quickly once ordered.

Simply put, one of the best restaurant meals I have ever eaten. I am admittedly scrutinizing when it comes to dining, but not one dish was less than stellar. We started out with several appetizers, including the Beyti Sujuk rolls recommended by our genuinely cheerful server. The beef short rib dinner was outstanding, with mushrooms and a beef au jus that made the entire dish come together. The authentic Syrian dessert of milk cream with Arabic cotton candy and rose petals was like nothing I have ever tasted and I can’t stop thinking about how delicious it was. Lastly, my gin, lemon and apricot cocktail was one of the best drinks I have ever tasted. Can’t wait to go back!

Delicious food and drink last night! I was so excited to introduce my in-laws to one of our favorite restaurants in Baltimore. Everything was fantastic and the the restaurant is beautiful. I will note that there was a very long wait between courses, but will still come back again.

We had a wonderful dining experience last night (02/22/25) at Ammoora. Simply walking inside and seeing the atmosphere and ambiance set the scene for the fine dining and cuisine we were about to indulge in. Our server Susana went above and beyond and guided us on cocktails and walked through the menu for the best dishes to order. As our first time dining at a Syrian restaurant, we enjoyed the help! We ordered the Short Rib Freekeh and Kebab Antabli Skewers for mains, and it was simply stunning! The sauces that accompanied both dishes respectively brought out all the flavors and the protein shined through. We also ended with Dubai Chocolate Crunch Bar and Ashta Bil Asal, per our server's recommendations, and it was the best dessert I've ever had from this region's culinary art. I would highly recommend anyone to try out Ammoora and especially if you have not had Syrian cuisine before. P.S. We went for an anniversary date and were taken great care of by the Manager Captain of the night, and we look forward to coming back soon.

The food was simply extraordinary, from the cold and the hot mezze to the entrees to the fabulous desserts and Cafe Blanc. My husband and I have racked up years of great food experiences eating Middle Eastern fare, (including in the region itself) but nothing prepared us for the singular deliciousness of Ammoora's fare -- starting with the incredible muhamara and equally extraordinary babaganoush.

We had dinner with a friend who is a chef on television and she just raved about Ammoora from the moment she walked in the door. She couldn't believe all the intricate attention to beauty, but most of all she raved about the food and service. She has some food allergies and was amazed at all the selections for someone with celiac disease (wheat allergy). She was excited to taste the lamb dishes, which didn't disappoint. The final "Oh Wow!" was our two dessert choices - Laymouniyé (lemon curd and berries) and Ashta Bil Asal (cotton candy). Thank you to the staff at Ammoora.....you made our night!!!
