   This restaurant was everything I was looking for, beautiful & romantic, lovely French ambiance, delicious food, and great service. Our waitress Camelia was exceptional. We got the French onion soup (amazing and filling), the salmon, the carbonara (both so fresh), and the creme brulee that came to our table on fire. Such a fun night, recommend to any couple looking for a special date night.

   Amour is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the beautiful and elegant ambiance set the perfect tone for the evening. The lighting was warm and romantic, creating an intimate and inviting atmosphere. The food was outstanding—each dish was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive; our server was attentive and knowledgeable, helping us select a fantastic bottle of wine that paired perfectly with our meal. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

   I was very excited to try this new restaurant for my birthday. The food was good but I wish the service was better. the sever told me that I couldn’t order an other drink. That I can sit at the bar that their limited of 2 hrs to sit something like that? the host never told me that theirs a siting limited and the server took a long time to get my check and when I was trying to get my server attendant to cash out he was talking on the phone. Plus this restaurant it’s very pricey for this type of serves . Catch and perch gives me better service. Never coming back

   Beautiful space, food and service. The menu was authentic and everything tasted great. The onion soup was so great, not overpowering like the ones I've had before. The steak was also great. The creme broulet was light and tasted great. There was a faux pas as they forgot to put a candle on my girl friend's dessert even though they all mentioned her birthday. The manager tried to rectify the situation by sending a third dessert, this one with a candle, but the moment had passed, and we were already full. Appreciated just the same. One other quibble; they sat us in a small 2top in the corner even though they had larger tables available in the middle of the space, which they later assigned to a party of 2. I thought having mentioned that we were Celebrating an occasion would have got us a little better placement. Overall though, I was impressed with the food, it's authenticity and the ambiance which reminded us of Paris, which we have just returned from.

   The ambiance and the level of noise is excellent. You are able to talk without shouting at your date. The food is good but it can be improved. I have gone to many fine dining and we were excited to see escargot as part of the dine LA, the taste was bit earthy for our tasting. Just misses the umami taste. Although the fillet mignon is cooked to perfection. The table bread should be a little warm.

   Im French, i know French food. And this place food feels very average for Los Angeles! Both main dishes where disappointing. Pretty place but very average food. Unfortunately, I will not go back.
