   The food was NOT locally sourced as described. WHY DONT GIANT hotel chains UNDERSTAND THE VALUE in supporting the local farmers and fisherman and in their clients DESIRE to eat locally sourced food. SADLY, I could have been in Texas, or New York, or Toronto, NOTHING WAS SPECIAL. All the food sucked as well. Worst pizza of my life. I would understand if this was a small vendor who couldn’t afford the difference in cost but with huge companies it’s really shameful that they don’t even try….

   My friend and I had dinner at Anchor & Den last night and have to say it was such a great experience!!! I have dietary needs so the server asked the chef to come to our table to make a few suggestions and ensure my needs were taken care of. The food was amazing and the staff were so incredibly attentive and friendly. Thank you for an amazing dining experience!!!!!

   After researching, this place looked good. What an error. Once per vacation, I’ll make an error with a restaurant choice. The service was bad to the point of ignoring us entirely. Three of the five meals arrived lukewarm. All of the meals were disappointing and barely edible. This was a miserable experience.

   Always fresh and great tasting food. Servers and staff are always super friendly. Can’t go wrong here.

   Staff took great care of us. Food took a little bit of time, but they kept checking on us and updating us along the way. Great experience and customer service.

   I believe the hype on reviews…in actuality, this is a mid level hotel restaurant - expect mid level everything.

   Service was extremely slow… we’ve been to this restaurant several times and today was not the same experience… hopefully just an isolated incident.

   We had a great dinner! The Red Snapper was very good and artfully prepared! Service was great. Worth the visit.

    I visited when they had a Nikkei menu available and it was remarkable. The tables available for A&D are located in a very calm section, you can here the music but it is not overwhelming and the staff were very attentive and kind. The food and drinks were the best I tasted during my visit to Cayman.
