   The entire experience was excellent! The ambiance was great, food was delicious, and our server was very attentive. Overall a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back soon!

   First time at Anchor Sushi in Preston Hollow and it did not disappoint especially for NYE ! Every single dish we ordered was delicious and the quality of fish we had was excellent! The ambiance and “yacht” feel made it even more special. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back again!

   Food great but a bit pricey. Ambience had cool NYC vibe but was very loud as well. Service spotty - waiter had soft voice that could hardly be heard over the noise so we couldn't hear specials or descriptions and then was slow to check back on our water, check, etc. (while I saw him repeatedly chatting up someone at the bar). Anchor should take a tip from Hillstone and require all service staff to be aware and responsible for any customer/table where needed.

   Our new favorite date night! Everything is amazing and the staff is always top notch! We love sitting at then bar with a martini and a couple rolls! Perfection! Chef kiss.

   Beautiful ambience and pot stickers were excellent. Rolls were also very good but a little pricy for portion size, but that's expected with higher quality. Will be coming back!

   Fish seemed to be cut hours before being served. Rice on some of the rolls was al dente. Drinks and service were good but didn’t make up for the low level food.

   We have dined here many times before, but this experience was beyond disappointing. We arrived on time for our 7:00 p.m. reservation and were promptly seated. However, it took 10 before anyone took our drink order for 2 glasses of wine. Another 5 minutes passed, and a server delivered one empty, and visibly dirty, wine glass. Another 10 minutes passed without the wine or even a second empty glass being delivered. At 7:25, we left to go have dinner and wine at another nearby restaurant. While it was somewhat busy, clearly the restaurant is understaffed. But, what is most disappointing is that there is seemingly a total absence of quality control. Other than the bartender bringing us a glass of water, there did not appear to be anyone else paying attention to the fact that we sat there for 25 minutes with one empty glass. After she took our drink order, we never even saw our server (Emily) again. Where was the Manager on duty? To say the least, this was a very disappointing experience.
