   It was an amazing anniversary night, great food and great service! Kevin was our server and he made sure we got everything we needed, kept up on refills, and walked us through the menu.

   This is my 4th time to Andiamo’s pasta and chops. Each time has been consistently good. The service and food are all great. I would recommend to others. Well done Joe Vicari!! Another great restaurant

   There was nothing upscale, luxurious, or high-end about this place. •Parking – no valet and the mall parking was a nightmare. •I asked for a “quiet” table. I was given a table at the front door. The place was half full, so I asked to be moved and was told “sorry, this was only table available”. •Dress code – non-existent. Baseball hats, sweatpants, and one guy looked like he just got done changing the oil in his car. •Vacuuming – one of the waitresses started vacuuming around the table next to ours WHILE WE WERE EATING! • Food – I ordered the filet w/ blue cheese and lobster tail. The filet came with a block of cold cheese on top. The truffle fries looked like they came straight out of the Ore Ida bag, and the mashed potatoes looked straight from the box. When I asked the manager about the block of cold cheese on my filet, he said “don’t worry, I’ll bring you some zip sauce and give you a free dessert”. Seriously? How about bringing me the meal I asked for. He didn’t even take the cold block of cheese from the table. I’m glad my wife’s chicken dish was decent…not good, but decent. •The bathrooms were the same as the old Brio, not bad, but filthy with no soap for hand washing. Diners beware…as I will repeat, there was nothing upscale, luxurious, or high-end about this place. If you want upscale dining, you’ll still need to go to Troy. Eddie V’s (my personal favorite and highly recommended), Ocean Prime, or Capital Grille are all good choices.

   Great restaurant the ambience was amazing. The food was amazing. The service could’ve been a little bit. Better great place good drinks good vibe good value for the consumer.

    Excellent service and ambiance. Steak bites and portobello I was told they were very good. My brick chicken was just ok, 2 small pieces
