   Amazing service ❤️ love the place ❤️ they called me when I left my purse which is very appreciated ❤️ very good food ❤️ my bf didn’t like his chicken schnitzel bc it was dry but he’s an idiot for ordering chicken schnitzel and chips at an Italian place ❤️

   We have dined at Andiamo previously, and enjoyed the experience both times. We had lunch there today, with Polenta chips and Italian beer for starters, and delightful meat dishes for our mains. The wine selections for both white and red meat were perfect accompaniments for our food. We enjoyed the ambience of the room, and the service by our waiter Rodrigo was excellent. Would recommend Andiamo to anyone wanting an authentic Italian dining experience.

   I always order online but this time came in the restaurant. We love the vegan menu with fresh ingredients and it is always so tasty. Service was attentive, quick and very friendly. It was my friends birthday and she got a complimentary drink which was lovely. Highly recommend for the good atmosphere and service ☺️

   I went on a Friday night , with 3 friends. We booked at 6 pm. We waited an hour for our wine. We had to ask for a waitress or waiter to take our order. No one showed us the specials. We had to ask twice for the dessert menu and again had to ask for a waiter/waitress to take our order. The service was terrible and when we complained,we were told they were short staffed. But the restaurant wasn’t busy. Terrible service, we won’t recommend this place. Food- average.

   Hi Tracey, thanks for your feedback even though it's not what we wanted to hear. Given our great run of reviews this one certainly punched us in the nose. It is not our business model nor our plan to let our guests down but, on this occasion, it is clear that we did. After reading your review we investigated your comments, and we did have a few issues on the night that certainly affected our level of service, and we have reviewed our systems and retrained the staff that were on.    We had a very special birthday celebration for our son. The service was excellent: friendly and efficient. The food presentation was inviting in a basic Italian trattoria style. Everything was very tasty, but the Gnocchi was outstanding. The two sharing platters were amply sized and tasty. We finished with a lovely Lemoncello to celebrate. Overall a very pleasant experience.

    Greta service and food as always. We noted it was our anniversary, and they even treated us to a free drink upon arrival. A wonderful, unexpected touch.
