   Excelente lugar, la comida deliciosa, el servicio super y éramos un grupo de 15 personas, nos sentimos en Colombia, me parece q el lugar se va a quedar pequeño pues esta muy lindo y creo q va a ser el sitio preferido de reunión

   The absolute worst service in my life !! Incompetence on a new level!!! And they did not apologize!! Drink order was wrong and took 40 minutes to correct!! All of the I food was wrong and came out at different times!!! Do not go here!!

   We had very high expectations and were very disappointed in our overall experience. We truly felt like being in a TOURIST TRAP. Very expensive, service was good ONLY Sofia but the host only came to give excuses and mentioned about 400 reservations for that night but we had to wait almost 1 Hour to be accommodated at the roof top very windy, cold and terrible music. They pretended they were completely booked out when we made our reservation yet the 1st floor dining room was 50% empty during the two hours we dined. If you want a tacky overpriced tourist experience, than this is the plan. Very disappointed because the original restaurant in Colombia is very different and the atmosphere is the same in the entire place. This is a restaurant with 3 different floor experiences and with 0 preoccupation to the client from the host perspective. We traveled from other state to visit this place and honestly better places in our city. DON’T COME if you like the food you can DoorDash and save the bad moment.

   While the food was incredible, the service was terrible. We had a reservation for inside at 6:30pm. We checked in at 6:25pm and you left us standing at the entrance until 7pm for no reason after telling us the upstairs didn’t open until 6:30pm. You then tried to sit us outside on the completely empty roof on a very windy night when the rest of the restaurant was mostly empty. Again, we had a reservation for inside. When we demanded to sit inside, you spent another 30 minutes trying to “accommodate” us- yet we had a res inside. You then bought us a round of drinks at the bar while we waited, but the server put them on our bill at the end of the night along with two other items we never ordered. So shady

    Honestly, the food is OK. The service is OK. The value is definitely not worth it. The good thing in the place looks nice.
