Our newly refurbished pub offers traditional country charm fused with a renovated contemporary finish throughout all our interiors and gardens. A very good early Christmas lunch - although we realised on looking at the menu when we returned home that the included veggies never appeared!

Lovely experience as usual, the Prawns and Chorizo special was amazing, as was the Salmon on a bed of Noodles. Really appreciate the 3 choices of zero/low alcohol beer and the mini brownie finished it off very nicely. The young waitress who looked after us was outstanding 👍

Outstanding food, nice calm restaurant, superb beer. Four for dinner, three of us opted for ribeye, delicious! Flowerpots beer was superb. Good VFM & highly recommended.

all very good apart from "thumping music" in the BACKGROUND any louder and it would have been annoying

Having checked with the team, I have been informed there was a private event taking place in our stretch tent during your visit which may explain why the music came across as thumping, and you were able to hear this in the background. Sunday lunch really great quality food , option to have smaller plates if required. Selection of roasts was spot on and the service excellent. Not rushed but appropriately efficient, Everything about the experience was amazing highly recommended
