   A hidden gem located in Sam's Town Casino. We opted to sit on the patio, and it was beautiful. The plants and waterfall displayed a great ambiance as if you're outside. The monstera plants reminded me so much of home, Hawaii. Service was good and the buss boy was also very nice and attentive. Fiod: Complimentary Bread Crab & Lobster Cakes 22 Oz Bone In Rib Eye Steak Mashed Potatoes The food was delicious. We ordered chimichurri, and I enjoyed that acidic taste for my steak. My steak was cooked perfectly, but the only thing is I wished my cut had more marble. It's still good, though. My friends enjoyed their meals too. Definitely will be back. Great service, good food, and beautiful patio ambiance.

   Excellent meal! Excellent service! We’ve lived in Las Vegas for 10 years and never knew this place existed. Sadly we’re leaving Las Vegas this week but you can bet whenever we’re in town we’ll be visiting this restaurant.

   Our recent experience at The Angry Butcher was a disaster. I ordered the 7oz Filet Mignon, medium, no sauces. My wife ordered the salmon as well as the Cleaver salad and creamed corn that she and I would share. My sister-in-law, at our suggestion, ordered the buttermilk chicken breasts with honey drizzle and gravy as well as the mashed potatoes. My brother ordered the shrimp and scallops sauté. Our shared salad arrived after about 5 min of ordering and was delicious, as always. With the salad finished the bread was as well. We sat waiting for our food when the water show began at 6pm. The show ended 10 min later we still had not been served. For the next 10 min we sat watching food being taken to tables that had come in after us. Another 5 min passed when someone replenished our bread. Then finally our waitress arrived bringing silverware which, she noticed, she had brought previously. I asked about our food and she said it was coming up. Disappearing for about 10 min she finally returned with our order. My steak was a small piece of what looked like shoe leather sitting on a white oval plate with zero presentation. Not even sad parsley. There was no juice from the meat, no melted butter on top of the dried meat. Cutting into it you could tell it had been cooked then sat and reheated, not medium but more medium well. Horrible! My wife’s salmon was room temperature, also lacking any presentation; unless you call the cold, dried broccolini presentation. She said though salmon was not hot the taste was good. The corn was cold, dry, hard kernels. So disappointing. SIL’s chicken was cold but delicious. No honey was drizzled over top and the tiny scoop of gravy underneath had a film from sitting. The mashed potatoes were dry and cold. My brother’s dish was cold but very tasty. They did not charge for my steak. Offered free dessert to all but we declined. Been coming here for years, even during covid. Sad to say we will not return.

   Server Chslan was very welcoming & checked throughout the meal I’ve been with his assistant Alma many times and she brought my tea as soon as she saw me & kept filled throughout.

   Server Robyn was fantastic! Checked throughout the meal and gave us plenty of time to talk & not rushed. She’s always been very attentive & welcoming. The food was excellent!

   They were very helpful goofed on the reservation and they accommodated us to get us in and our waiter was helpful and nice. I would recommend.
