Anthera at the Cliffrose Lodge in Springdale is located less than a quarter mile from the entrance of Zion National Park. Anthera is a Social plate experience offering regional new american cuisine with an emphasis on south western united states as well as south eastern asian Inspired Cuisine.

In addition to facilitating daily dining for guests we do also have the possibility of doing on site catering. Please inquire if interested!

Loved the vibe for the Valentines dinner, but the courses took us two and a half hours to get through and the food was cold by the time it got to our table.

The food was terrible!! Not good at all. The servers were very sweet and nice. The ambience was ok. It was raining the night we went to they couldn’t open the doors and there was water on the floor.

Food was superb. Salad, small plates ,main course and desert were excellent. Corn fritters are a must have small plate! Cocktail & liquor selection limited. Our first time at Anthera; ambiance is off putting; it presents as a hotel breakfast area. But the food was so good- who cares!

We’ve dined here several times, and the service was pretty off, yesterday, the young lady was amazing Snd the new menu is the best!

The beef tenderloin was outstanding! I also enjoyed the beet salad, but I would’ve preferred a more leafy green.

We planned on having lunch but the atmosphere left something to be desired. The service was excellent but we just stayed for a drink and a quick bite after we realized we were dining in an area off lobby with 3-5 tables. The patio was also lack luster.

We made last minute reservation and sat out on their patio. Dinner was shrimp and rice, also roasted and cold pulled chicken. Shrill was a very big hit. Chicken was spicy yet not over the top. We were told in advance the chicken would be spicy, it delivered but as mentioned not over the top. Service was good being only one server to all tables. Place is small so not an issue. On our. Ight there was live music, solo guitar, on the patio. Very smooth music and nice ambiance

This was a great option to not have to leave the property of the Cliffrose after a day of hiking. The food was very good, but the service seemed spread thin. They had good entertainment which was unexpected for a Monday night. Seating is limited, so I recommend a reservation. The restaurant was completely booked by a bus tour when we arrived on Saturday. The restaurant reservations are very separate from the hotel, so it's best to book through open table.
