   We went for lunch before the England vs Ireland match at Twickenham. Very busy in the restaurant so service was slower than I would have liked and we had to go and get waiting staff to take our orders and pay our bill. The food was fine and cost reasonable.

   We had a business meeting and the lady who served us was wearing a dirty tatty stained top which was not a good impression. The cups were dirty/stained, when I pointed this out, no alternative was given. Overall, chaotic service, tableware that needs changing, or an upgrade to the dishwasher, you could taste the soap in my pot of tea. Totally rubbish, sorry not what you expect for Richmond. First and last time.

   Very pleasant afternoon. Food was lovely. The restaurant was busy. I heard some complaints about tables not having had service, but that was the opposite of our experience. Other than a short wait for our table, we were seen to very quickly and our food came out pretty quickly. Good choice of food options. We were very happy with ours choices

   Nice Brunch food selection. Lots of choice for different food tastes. Service was a bit chaotic as it was a very busy time slot (Sunday lunchtime).

   I was really disappointed. The service was slow as I think they were short staffed for how busy it was. The food and drinks were what really let it down. It took so long to arrive and was bland and like warm. The coffees were overly frothy and tasted mainly of milk. The juices weren’t full glasses. The saving grace was that they were able to accommodate my friends dietary requirements by replacing toast with spinach.

   Service was very bad, hurried and inefficient. We had to ask for cutlery etc. The manager was in a foul mood.

   Really good food, service is a bit slow. Atmosphere in the restaurant is also really nice.

   Waited ages to order and had to ask for someone to take orders several times. We were there over an hour before any food showed up. Place was not busy. Food looked ok but everything was very bland. No atmosphere either. All the other guests were miserable.

    Food was very tasty and a great price for the area. Nice ambience. Cocktails were really well done. The server was really good at sorting out a small issue quickly and made us feel valued.
