Apotheek, which is Dutch for Apothecary, serves authentic remedy cocktails in Aruba's only Speakeasy. We are tucked away in a historic building... somewhere in Oranjestad. In order for us to best serve you, we request that you make a reservation. We also ask that you kindly comply with our House Rules while visiting our establishment. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel area and come take a relaxing evening stroll through our capital, Oranjestad. We look forward to filling your prescriptions soon!

Fabulous experience. We didn’t eat but our cocktails were amazing. Our bartender,aka Dr., was outstanding. We will definitely return upon every visit to Aruba. My only advice would be to skip the “tour.” Very uneventful and gimmicky. Def trying to upsell. Loved our overall experience tho!! Highly recommend.

It’s a very cool experience, we didn’t eat any of the food, but the drinks were spectacular. Every single one was better than the next. We had a group of 10 and they accommodated us without an issue. Server was fantastic bartenders terrific. Definitely a must stop by make a reservation though it’s easier so you have a table.

Awesome experience for a quick nightcap. The bartender in duty was phenomenal and attentive!! Our waitress Laura/Lauri appeared like she didn’t want to be there but another waitress definitely took up the slack. Overall great and would visit again.

I landed in Aruba yesterday, first time here! I love speakeasy’s and so I made a reservation for one (solo travo) to come to Apotek. Ringing the door bell to come in was so cool. The bathroom was pretty dope too! The entire and set up I loved. Now I’m not sure if it’s cause I’m solo traveling but it wasn’t as welcoming , at least I didn’t experience that kind of feeling. I had one drink which was really good. I honestly felt invisible and ignored. Maybe it’s best to go in a group or with someone but that’s hard to do when you’re a solo traveler.

An absolutely fun and exciting place to visit while in Aruba. The theme “Apotek” meaning “pharmacy” and “Speakeasy” meaning just that, comes complete with the smokey atmosphere you would expect. Their exotic selection of cocktails are identified and “dosed” out as medicines on the wall board or from their extensive and original menu. Our bartender Jason was attentive to our needs suggesting cocktails based on our likes and dislikes! Can’t wait to visit again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
