First off thought I booked a chalet found out that even though photos on open table show them that’s not what I got which was fine. We were next to a fire pit so stayed okay temp wise and we had large coats. Servers were kind but it took past the first course to get us our drinks and we reminded them. Got a spritz for 28$ which is wild and in drinkable mulled wine. Food which was honestly the worst part. It’s worse than fair food. Nothing was seasoned and menu was lacking. Truly some of the worst food I’ve ever had and I never write bad reviews. The only good part was the marsh-mellows. I’m confused how for 95$ the could could be so awful. 309$ with tax and tip in the should have something edible but it was not. Fondue cheese wasn’t even really warm, ox tail pasta had no seasoning it was like they forgot? Pear dessert had some sort of strange after taste my wife and I had one bite each and didn’t eat the rest. Salad was fine but just lettuce and dressing nothing fancy. Clearly the price is for the ambiance but the food is like a gas station. Avoid

Overall this was a cute experience! Food was excellent and servers were attentive. Manager even checked in on tables and I think that speaks volumes. Shows they truly care when they’re out talking with the customers. I deducted a star because the area was a little cramped. They have so many tables in a small space. We might splurge for a private “chalet” next time just so we have more space but overall we were satisfied.

The tables are too small, uncomfortable and difficult to eat at. There should be space heaters since you are eating outside. The cabanas should not cost extra on top of the prix fixe menu- it is expensive as is. Overall cute idea but way too expensive, not worth it at all and really uncomfortable and impractical seating arrangements.

I understand why people are rating the experience low, since the price is definitely a little outrageous for the experience. However, our servers (shoutout especially to Tom) were wonderful, and the environment was super nice and cozy! The food was good, not anything extraordinary, but still good nonetheless. We had a great experience and would potentially return next year if the prices are adjusted accordingly. We believe the experience with just the fixed menu (not the private chateau) would be much more reasonable and worth it if it were priced at $65-70 pp!

I was really excited for my reservation in the chalet, but the experience was disappointing. As soon as we sat down, I noticed the TV screen was playing *Gremlins*. The staff had no idea what movie was playing or why it was chosen—honestly, it’s the worst Christmas movie to select for a festive experience. To make matters worse, I was blindsided by a $150 rental fee on top of the $95 per person charge (plus gratuity). While the per-person cost seemed fair, the rental fee was never clearly disclosed, which felt misleading. The staff comped us some hot chocolate to make up for the movie issue, but it wasn’t enough. The movie was supposed to be part of the charm, and instead, I had to edit it out of all my photos because of how awkward it looked. They turned off the screen when I complained, but no other movies were available. Spending nearly $600 for a 90-minute experience fell far short of expectations. The staff was kind and helpful, but unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to salvage the evening. I had higher hopes for this experience and wouldn’t recommend it based on what we encountered.

Overrated and highly overpriced experience! The chalet experience was good for taking photos only. Our family enjoys highly rated restaurant and hotel experiences. For a 5 star hotel restaurant, you'd expect high quality food. Every dish was bland, underwhelming and poorly executed. Flavorless and just not to par with the hotel it is housed in. For the price per person, you'd expect higher quality ingredients and plating. Everything was basic and something easily executed at home. Server spilled our child's ravioli dish on the table in front of him. Apologies were given and a manager stopped by with a hot cocoa for the kids, but with the food alone, will not be returning. Service is the only thing moderately decent at this restaurant.

the ambiance and food were great but the service left so much to be desired. the whole meal took almost three hours to complete because they kept forgetting about our table. we had to ask for simple things like water multiple times and some of our food came already lukewarm warm

The setup is very nicely decorated for the holidays. It was a little hard to eat around the fire pit as the food takes up most of the space. Food was tasty but overpriced for what you get. Sadly service started off great but then took a negative turn. We waited an hour after finishing our meal to get the bill.
