   This was supposed to be a fun night to celebrate the holidays with our family. It ended up being the most overpriced waist of money I’ve ever spent in my life. We frequently stay at Four Seasons resorts all over the world and this hands down was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Four Seasons. The food was cold and everything tasted the same. It was supposed to be five courses yet everything except dessert was delivered to an extremely small table at the same time! I would NEVER recommend this experience to anyone. For anyone wondering for 4 adults and two kids the total cost was $750! A completely horrible experience. The area for photos and cocktails after the meal was closed. I honestly can’t believe this was a Four Seasons event.

   First time visiting as they’re always booked! But the food was delicious. We got the arancini (my fav), Sea bass, ox tail pasta, and gnocchi. Even the side dish polenta was amazing. The fires kept us warm, the Christmas lights really put you in the festive mood, the servers were extremely kind and welcoming. For dessert, we got the s’mores and poached pear which were both exceptional. Highly recommend visiting if you can snag a reservation! The only thing is i wish they had some sort of Christmas or ambiance music. But other than that, amazing!

   Slow service, some tables too that got there before us didn’t have there food until way after us. Waited about 30 minutes for dessert. Food was average, not what you usually get with four seasons, but pretty environment

   I want to make this review to save some people of their hard working money and from the huge mistake we did by coming here. We had a reservation at 4pm we got there at 3:45pm and they were still setting up so they told us to go sit at the bar we did and got a drink while waiting it was 4:15 and my friend and I are like what’s taking so long like nobody has told us anything and the restaurant is empty by the way so we go check in again and finally they sit us at a table outside but not in the cute little chalets it was just a regular table outside so we ask the waiter we made a reservation and want to be sit at a chalet she goes oh that will be 150 I said well wait so what is the 95 per person reservation that I booked she said oh that just to get a table outside and a menu wtf I’m so confused at this point. She said to us if you want a chalet it will be $150 for the chalet plus $95 per person this is the biggest scam I’ve ever heard in my life bc on the reservation it never mentioned that at all so whats the point just to sit down and see a chalet LOL the menu is literally I would say appetizers if that lol it’s mostly cheese and bread nothing special at all very limited options you will get bloated on cheese and bread only and be hungry afterwards. Also drinks are NOT included! The total for 2 people was a whooping $450 DOLLARS!! Charging $225 per person is ridiculous! We could have gone to 5 star Michelin steak restaurant for that type of money!! My recommendation for you if you just want to come here just to take pictures and not break your bank is to book the 95 per person 4pm reservation as it’s super empty and just walk around the chalets and take pictures bc this establishment is taking advantage of people! Also are chalet had a tv that didn’t even work the movie kept on stopping and it reload and start all over again every 15 min also maybe put a grinch movie much better option then polar express

   Overall unique winter experience. Little disappointed that the ice skating and other activities not available this year. Also the food was ok. You are going for the winter experience but was disappointed in the food. The service and team was absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to make special.

   Great experience. The food was a lot for 2 people so be sure to bring your friends or family! I loved the service. 10/10 and highlighting them as they were on point! Must try experience!!

   Après Village offers a charming, dog-friendly dining experience with welcoming and friendly staff. While the ambiance is delightful, the food options are somewhat limited, and the portion sizes are on the smaller side. One downside was the unexpected chalet rental fee, which was not clearly disclosed on the website or OpenTable when the reservation was made in late October.

    Food was OK but service was disorganized and slow, leading to at least one hot dish being served cold. The servers were pleasant and seemed to be trying, but it simply was not working. The noise level was as out of this world as my party was seated next to a speaker that was “cranked up” during the meal. We were seated at the Quattro patio which was nicely decorated but absolutely crammed with tables. There was no “village” feel. We were told by the restaurant that the actual village opens next week. Would not have booked before the village opened had we known. The experience was not only disappointing, but also annoying — not a Four Seasons caliber experience.
