   Had a good time at Aquimero. I’ve been a few times but this was my first time getting a table, I usually sit at the bar. Ambiance is always great, I had the charred Branzino which was really good. I also had 2 of their cocktails called almost healthy, that was really refreshing. I love to see mocktails on menus, there’s more drink options the better! Overall, dinner was great and I’ll be back to try more options.

   We enjoyed our Saturday brunch at Aqimero. The food was well prepared and tasty. Our waitress was awesome!

   The Pork Belly Mac and Cheese was a big disappointment. It was virtually bland noodles in heavy cream with slivers of pancetta hidden throughout. Almost inedible. At $22, I expected the dish to be on par with Ocean Prime’s Black Truffle Mac n Cheese at $19 or Double Eagle’s Lobster Mac at $26.

   The atmosphere in the Ritz Carlton Hotel's historic Girard Building is sophisticated. The food at the Aqimero Restaurant is extraordinary. Our server, Lamar, met all our needs and gave us excellent recommendations. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a memorable experience.

    Overall experience was wonderful. The valet service, the ambiance, the cocktails, wine, and food were great. Our waiter Lamar was very knowledgeable, attentive, and experienced. Highly recommend the experience. We will definitely be going again.
