   Food was pretty good, but it kept getting cold because of a draft in the room... Branzino was very mediocre, not enough flavor (spice, salt, it was bland but had a nice smokey taste) Our waiter forgot out utensils (twice, once at dessert also), gave us napkins instead of a dining cloth, and kept having to ask for water... The basics were not met for an upscale restaurant.

   Liam made our entire experience! what a fabulous server. The food was top notch and the prosecco was the best i’ve ever had for a brunch, but We will come back for liam!!!! he is what hospitality is all about. the ritz is so lucky to have such a gem.

   We drove from DC to Philly to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and dinner at Aqimero was truly the icing on the cake! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. We started with the guacamole—absolutely delicious, and if you’re ordering, do yourself a favor and always add the crab! For entrées, we had the filet and the salmon, both cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Their mocktails were also fantastic—crafted with the same care and creativity as any cocktail. To end the night, we indulged in the crème brûlée, which was a bit different from what we’ve had before but still absolutely amazing. A special shoutout to our server, Rachel, who was incredibly kind and attentive, making the experience even more memorable. Overall, a 10/10 meal, service, and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Philly!

   Great appetizers. Mains were not consistent, some were cold. No appropriate stemware for red wines.

   Went here for Valentine’s Day. A bit disappointed that the food wasn’t tastier for this type of hotel as well as the prices. Branzino was dry with a Light flavor. Side of Mac & cheese was totally flavorless. Salmon was just ok. This is not the standard for Ritz Carlton restaurants. I would return only for drinks and light bites. The atmosphere and Ambience are beautiful. Service was very good.

    The prix fixe brunch is fun! Unlimited sparkling wine beverages and a fine selection of apps, mains, and extras along the way. Drinks were slow to come, but arrived over time. Food delivery was fast (first deconstructed yogurt parfait and pasties) then paced slow after that - just right for afternoon brunch! Two small complaints but nothing huge- the server missed a few small items (we should have been given spoons in my opinion to eat the parfait. Had to ask after eating it with our forks. And I’m certain the sparkling wine contained sulfites - I don’t react to Prosecco but definitely got flushed due to the sulfites in this wine. Overall I’ll definitely do it again for a special occasion. We were both “stuffed” and still had food to go home. Like any red-blooded American I embrace more is better. Ha!
