   Interior was interesting to see architecturally. Food was great and so were cocktails. Our waitress was helpful with picking great apps and entrees. Lounge area was freezing due to doors opening constantly in 19 degree weather, we had to move due to cold air hitting us, it was like there was no heat and we were sitting outside almost. Unfortunate party of entire experience and shocking for a ritz Carlton hotel. Otherwise our experience, food, and staff was great.

   Great service at Aqimero. Servers were friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. Tuna ceviche and grilled avocado were tasty and well executed. The rib eye was technically cooked to my med-rare order but would have liked to see a thicker cut of meat (was probably at or slightly under 1 inch thick), and could've had a better sear. I'm guessing the thinner cut made achieving a proper sear difficult without overcooking the steak. I acknowledge that this isn't a steakhouse, but at $85 I would hope to get close to a steakhouse level cook on a thick cut. Overall it was still very tasty because steak, and was a good meal with a bit of upside potential on the steak.

   I’ll be honest, I didn’t do much research before booking this reservation. I was a little disappointed by the fact it’s seemingly in the lobby of the Ritz rather than in its own room off the lobby. Due to the open-concept plan we were still getting a stiff breeze whenever someone would enter despite us being against one of the far sides of the restaurant. The service also wasn’t the fastest, which I wasn’t too upset about as I was celebrating my anniversary and enjoyed the extended time to chat. The people next to us just ordered a number appetizers for their meal and probably got out in under an hour. The food was the best part- I really enjoyed my appetizer, main, and dessert. I might go back but I am not rushing to do so.

   Outstanding presentation and creativity. When the porterhouse was served tasty but overcooked and dry the staff were very accommodating and attentive. Being off of the busy and loud lobby was a bit loud but overall an excellent experience.

    The Boozy Tea is a great experience. Fun, delicious and decadent. The atmosphere is posh. Great way to relax and unwind with good food and drink.
