   Food was great, but you had to either order from the qr code on the table, which didn’t connect, or go to the counter to order food. Then you had to go to the bar to order your drinks. I’m from England & have never been in a high class restaurant as this & not had waiter service. This was a massive downer for me. Why don’t you do table waiter service??

   Had an enjoyable New Year’s Eve dinner at Aqua. The lobster was delicious as were the accompanying chips. The only negative was three of our meals arrived well before the remaining two so that we couldn’t all eat our dinner at the same time.

   Very disappointed with service and food tonight. We were told we needed to be out by 8.30 as there was another booking 4 times! The service was rushed and impersonal. My husband was still eating his entree when his main meal arrived with the waiter saying ‘oh well I’ll just put it down next to you’ to eat when you’ve finished your entree! The barramundi was dry and overcooked and I had cutlets which were blackened and overcooked. Very disappointing on New Years Eve - high prices for poor quality dining experience

   Location was lovely. The negative greeting from the staff on arrival was off putting and the quality of the lobster that two of our party ate considering the high price paid was low. The hot chips were as hard as a rock. Both of which were communicated to staff who collected our plates and who were clearly not interested. The staff again interrupted our evening while still eating our mains reminding us that we have 15 minutes left as our table was booked. We were unavoidably 20 mins late (within the window accepted) and so felt that we should at least be given that back especially as there were empty spaces. Overall not great.

   Everything Wa great except the amount of food. I hat the Monterey chicken thinking it would be a bigger meal being a special but it was a price of chicken on chips with a side salad.

   One of the nicest meals we have had at the club - Angus steak and Herb Crusted lamb cutlets👍

   The barramundi was excellent as was the service. The view is most spectacular also.

   Horrible atmosphere. It’s basically a casino. We ordered Childs fish and chips and basically got one fish finger, then a $47 medium rare steak which came overcooked. Very disappointing overall. When we complained about how small the children’s meal was they just said “that’s how it comes”. Poor customer service.
