   Gimmicky tourist restaurant, which was expected. Food was subpar and not worth the price. Aquarium was decent and clean. Would not go back and would not recommend unless you have little kids who would actually enjoy the small aquarium.

   My grandkids loved the experience, the food was extremely overpriced, for our party of 4 and 2 young grandkids they added $30 gratuity to my bill automatically, didn’t think that was right at all because the service was less than mediocre and food quality, the same- over half of it was left on the table to be thrown out. The advertised icee drinks in shark cups for kids, they were out of with nothing to sub for it, disappointing for the kids, we are traveling and live in Indiana.

   Truly the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Let's start with the service—while I won’t mention the server’s name, she was extremely unprofessional and clearly lacked basic customer service training. The restaurant itself has great décor, and the fish tank is beautiful, but that’s where the positives end. The food was terrible. My dish arrived cold, as if it had been sitting out for hours. My wife ordered tacos, and the ‘soft’ tortilla was both wet and hard at the same time. As for my son’s meal, he ordered pasta with marinara sauce, and the presentation was awful—it honestly looked like prison food. To top it off, we asked for Parmesan cheese, and the server only brought it after my son had already finished eating. Overall, this place is a complete waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

   On the wall outside was a menu with one vegetarian choice. However on the actual menu inside, it had been removed and unlesss you wanted a basic salad, there were zero options so disappointingly we had to up and leave. Mad in this day and age but the USA is behind the rest of the world in so many ways.

   We got reservations here ONLY because of the advertised mermaid swimming event. We were not informed when we arrived that the mermaids would not be performing. The food here is notoriously subpar so we would have chosen to eat elsewhere had we known the mermaids would not be performing. Finally they did have a mermaid for a meet and greet only, but this was certainly not the event we had hoped for. The food was expensive for the poor quality - not very well seasoned. Honestly nothing was very good at all. There was no compensation at all for not having the mermaid event. Very disappointing evening for our last night in Nashville - I wish we could have the night back to do something else instead.

   There was no mermaid show as advertised on the website which is the whole reason we went in the first place. Food took 45 minutes to arrive and when it did, my chicken was raw. They gave us $25 credit to make up for the mermaid show and comped my chicken meal. But overall, this place was terrible.

   We went for my dad’s 87th Birthday.It was supposed to be a great lunch but our server ruined it with his awful attitude. He was so dreadful that I heard another table ask to be moved. Thankful that the atmosphere is great and calming because the food is overpriced ,was over cooked and the server obviously hated his job!

    The place is a great atmosphere and it's nice the tables are far enough away from ea h other you don't feel crowded. It did take a VERY long time to get refills on drinks. That was a bit frustrating. And I got the chicken Alfredo that had hardly any chicken on it. There were two pieces about 2" x 2" and then maybe 4 more smaller pieces. For 22$ you'd expect a lot more chicken.
