Welcome to Archer, newly added to the Michelin Recommended list for 2023. We invite you to embark on a culinary journey through the coasts and waters of the Pacific Northwest. Our offerings highlight the bounty provided by the region's talented farmers, fisherfolk, and producers, celebrating the diverse cultures and flavors of Canada.

Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Archer provides a casual fine dining experience perfect for any occasion. Join us for brunch on Saturday and Sunday, lunch Monday through Friday, and dinner seven days a week. Our cozy bar is a fun spot to celebrate birthdays, enjoy drinks, cocktails, and gathering with groups.

    Excellent, fabulous and friendly, knowledgeable servers! Nicoise Salad and mushroom cavatelli dishes were delicious. As it was brunch, I added a side of 2 Rivers outstanding bacon that was cooked perfectly and I tore half of it up and added it to the truffle and garlic infused dish. Loved it! We will return for dinner and test them more thoroughly.

    The music was way too loud for the size of the restaurant. We could not talk to the couple across the table from us. We asked 3 times, but the waitress tried to turn the music down but the playlist kept creeping up to a shouting level. Even the waitress had trouble talking over the sound of the music.

    Food was absolutely fantastic. The winter apple dessert was amazing and beautifully presented. Service was quite slow. Not sure if it was a one off others around us seemed to be getting better service. Overall would recommend just plan on being there for a while.
