Our first night at the hotel on Valentine’s Day we ate here and it took 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged us. Once we finally ordered we ordered champagne and it didn’t get delivered till our entrees were out and it was delivered without glasses or them opening it. It sat there for another 10 minutes till someone finally came and opened it. Our entrees were horrible. I ordered the prawns and they were overcooked and the rice was hard like it wasn’t cooked enough and the flavor was just not good. This was our travel day and I was starving so we just ate it. Also I noticed the hostess given out flowers to couples but for some reason we didn’t get one? Not sure if they specifically paid for that but it seemed like a complimentary thing for Valentine’s Day but we got skipped. Overall I would skip this place for dinner and eat at the other two restaurants on property instead.

Oh my my. Not a good experience at all. Food was mediocre at best. Now about the drinks: we could not taste any alcohol and they were not as advertised. How do we know? because we ordered drinks that the menu said had Don Julio tequila in them and we tasted no alcohol. So we went to the bar to ask for extra shots of Don Julio (which we had to pay for) and they had to go to the storeroom to find a bottle! So they couldn't have out it in our drinks in the first place as they didn't have it! While the setting by the beach is lovely, all in all our group did not have an enjoyable evening.

Food was excellent, especially for a resort. Service was very good, everything moves a little slow in Caribbean, but they were great.

The service was way better than the Brassa restaurant on premise. However for two burgers and two drinks it was $100 with their “service charge”. I’ll never come back here nor recommend this resort. They were charging $5 for the bottled water that was FREE in the rooms. Just ridiculous

Excelente lugar y atención , me pareció excesivo el valor de una botella pequeña de agua mineral 5 USD más impuestos y propina incluida por sistema , no recuerdo muchos lugares en el mundo donde pagué más de siete dólares una botella de agua pequeña. El resto muy bueno .
