   The service by Miguel and Mauricio was exceptional. Recommendations spot on. The Cesar salad, queso crujiente, and tenderloin pimienta were all very delicious. The tenderloin was perfectly done and could be cut with a fork. The atmosphere was beautiful and unlike many restaurants in Mérida, the music was not too loud. We could still have a conversation without shouting. And being our anniversary, we were surprisingly treated to a complementary dessert, a delicious tiramisu.

   El servicio malo, se terminó el pavlova a las 5 pm de unos días feriados , le tienes q pedir a los meseros q te tomen la orden. Falta capacitación de meseros

   Muy rico todo, demasiado bonito el lugar y todos los que nos atendieron suuuuper amables! Fuimos por mi pre-cumpleaños y a pesar de que les dijimos que estábamos llenos para pedir un postre, me trajeron una rebanada de pastel con velita🥹 muy bonito detalle. La música en la terraza estaba padre también.

   A la Hostess Audrey, quien recibe a los clientes, le falta capacitación, limita la entrada de los clientes. Les comparto nuestra experiencia: llegamos sin reserva y nos comentó que el restaurante estaba reservado al 100%. Pregunte si las reservas eran por OpenTable y como su respuesta fue afirmativa, accese a la aplicación donde habían mesas disponibles y en todos los horarios, realize mi reservación para en ese momento y aún así argumentó que habría que esperar si tenían una cancelación para darnos acceso, yo ya quería cambiar de restaurante, pero finalmente a la insistencia de mi esposa por quedarnos accedí. Grande fue nuestra sorpresa que al entrar al restaurante estaba semi vacío. Ya sentados, los meseros fueron muy muy amables, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia final cambiara. Que desagradable se siente ser DISCRIMINADO. Agradecería a los inversionistas inviertan en capacitación a la Hostess 🙏🏻

   Buen ambiente, comida aceptable, buen servicio. El menú tenía ocho faltas de ortografía, para un restaurante que cobra más de $1,500 pesos por persona son detalles que se deben cuidar.

    Had the best time!! Our waiter was absolutely phenomenal! I really wish I would have asked his name! He took such great care of us and was very attentive to our every need. Upon entering the hostesses were super kind and welcoming. The food was delicious and the presentations were beautiful! The ambiance was absolutely gorgeous as well. The vibe is very relaxed but sophisticated which we loved as well. Overall a 10 out 10. We will definitely be back soon and if I see our waiter, this time I’ll be sure to ask his name and update this review. 💖
