Meh. The food was fine but the experience was ruined by first walking in. The host asked us if we had a reservation which we did and informed them of the name. When we did, they just started laughing. I guess two men showing up for Valentines Day is funny to them. They took us to the back room, all the while apparently the host that was seating us found it funny to put us in there or something. I don’t know what they were laughing at because they didn’t bother mentioning it. And if you get sat in the back room, don’t expect ambiance or anything you get in the main room. It’s more like if you get sat at a cafeteria table. The food was fine, but probably not worth the money. And if you have been to this place before, you know it’s mostly ordering over the course of the evening and sharing plates. Well, they only asked us once if we wanted food and then they were like…okay time to go. Welp. Okay. Honestly? They want to be high end dining but it feels like a rich company owner trying to steal money from people by proving mediocre service and food. Hopefully they get better. But there are cheaper places to eat with good food that also treat you better. Go to one of those

Entire experience was amazing! Food was spectacular and our waitress helped explain the menu very well. The restaurant was beautiful inside and quiet, making it very romantic and perfect for date night. We ordered quite a few plates to try and we were thrilled with all of them. Most of our plates were bite sized portions (or tapas) and we ordered sushi as well. One recommendation we would make it to talk to your server about how you’d like your meal to be spaced out. We ordered all at once and everything came out within 10 minutes of each other. We didn’t mind this, but know most people would expect things coursed out. Other wise, experience was a 10/10 and we are looking forward to going again.
Food we Ordered: Crispy Shrimp, A5 Arancini, Edamame, Ariake Caesar Salad, Jumbo Shrimp, Filet Steak (6pc), Dragon Roll

Best thing that’s happened to Springfield ! Feels like a 5 star restaurant as soon as you walk in ! Food is amazing especially the sea bass !! Wow!! Everything tasted amazing and the staff was very knowledgeable of the menu !! Absolutely love this place !

I reserved a table with their menu in mind, we get there and it is a completely different “valentines” menu with ridiculous prices.

We could not of had a better experience as our server was very attentive but not overbearing. Our dinner was beautiful.

Everything was great, maybe even perfect. Every staff member was nice, courteous, and overall very welcoming. We each had a filet (perfect med rare), split the Caesar salad (again, perfect), and some wok fried peppers that were very good. Drinks were wonderful and our waitress was the best. We are already looking forward to return. Thank you.

Crystal was fabulous and very patient with us as we got caught up with each other’s lives.
The Kusshi oysters with caviar to die for.
The tuna cigars were a great presentation and a fun treat.
The sea bass was so very good.
My favorite, the Premium Sashimi, was out of this world. I love the Makai.
Overall great experience. I will definitely be back!

First rate always. We had wonderful food and excellent service. Highly recommend the sushi and everything else on the menu.

This was our first time at Ariake and we were really impressed with the whole experience. Great ambiance, outstanding quality food (definitely) fit for foodies, and excellent service. It's hard to find a place with this vibe and food quality in the area. We started with the Shiitake Mushrooms, which very very good. Then ordered the Surf and Turf roll, which was outstanding. Then for the finale, we ordered the Lobster Noodles and Lobster, both were incredible!! If you are looking for a high quality dining experience with outstanding food, this is it!
