Our waitress was fabulous!! Food was very good, the lobster w noodles was over spiced, but a good value. Everyone in our group said they want to return!

Absolutely amazing experience! The restaurant has an amazing atmosphere, from the huge skyline screen to the simple elegant decor. Our server Logan was super helpful in explaining the menu and genuinely enjoyed recommending everything from appetizers to main course and everything in between. The food is over the top! We had sea bass for the main course and it was simply the best we’ve ever had. What a great experience to celebrate our anniversary.

The entire dinner was amazing from start to finish! Service was superior and gave great recommendations, food was first class, tried many items!

Always love dining at Ariake. The seafood is always super fresh and the presentation of some of the dishes are very creative. The service is top notch, too!

Our group got the lobster pasta, the filet, and black pink rolls and everything was delicious. We also tried cocktails from their new cocktail menu and really liked the Everything Spice drink

We love many of Springfield’s fine restaurants but Ariake has to be our fave. No matter what you order it’s superb. And the service is impeccable.
Just wanted a simple light supper tonight so ordered Ariake’s wonderful Caesar salad. Gosh it’s good! Plus a couple of rolls and a glass of French Sauv. What could be better.

Meh. The food was fine but the experience was ruined by first walking in. The host asked us if we had a reservation which we did and informed them of the name. When we did, they just started laughing. I guess two men showing up for Valentines Day is funny to them. They took us to the back room, all the while apparently the host that was seating us found it funny to put us in there or something. I don’t know what they were laughing at because they didn’t bother mentioning it. And if you get sat in the back room, don’t expect ambiance or anything you get in the main room. It’s more like if you get sat at a cafeteria table. The food was fine, but probably not worth the money. And if you have been to this place before, you know it’s mostly ordering over the course of the evening and sharing plates. Well, they only asked us once if we wanted food and then they were like…okay time to go. Welp. Okay. Honestly? They want to be high end dining but it feels like a rich company owner trying to steal money from people by proving mediocre service and food. Hopefully they get better. But there are cheaper places to eat with good food that also treat you better. Go to one of those
