The wait was a tad long even with a reservation (but they can’t really be blamed that Valentine’s Day happened to fall on a Friday anyhow) Once we were seated we had waters brought out and our very friendly server took incredible care of my partner and I. The food was delicious and everything I hoped it would be, there were two live music groups walking around and playing great music as well which added great atmosphere. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone, I’m sure you’ll be seated much faster on a better night as well so I wouldn’t bet on knocking this place because of it.

Food is greater; serving service was amazing, but the front desk ladies must decrease their attitude. When I got there I gave my name and got seated. But when my guests got there and asked where my table was (and they said that same name I said) front desk said there was no one there with this name and turned back towards my guests.

We had a great lunch with delicious cocktails and food, and excellent chocolate cake. Perfect service!

Food and service were both great. It's very noisy with several large groups. That won't keep me from going again.

Great food, great and ambiance. Wait staff, all staff very nice and attentive. Live in Dallas, but visit Picos when we are in Houston. Happy trails, until we meet again❣️

Why is it that those that show you to your table always want to give you the worst table they have.? We were taken to a table right by the entry to the kitchen. The restaurant was not full and many other tables were available. After a bit of negotiating we got a good table in a quiet side room where we enjoyed our meal.

We went to Pico's on January 14 at around 3 pm. We had a wonderful dinner. Being at the time of day when the lunch crowd is gone but the dinner crowd isn't there, the restaurant's ambiance was quiet but not dead. There were other people there but not every table was occupied. We both ordered the catch of the day prepared in the Veracruz style. The fish was simply delicious and obviously very fresh. The service provided by F. Salmon was perfect. He was prompt, courteous, and friendly. All in all, it was a perfect dinner.
