Modern Italian Restaurant in Ventnor City, New Jersey less than one mile from Atlantic City. Our chefs prepare homemade authentic pasta and delicious Italian cuisine that includes seafood, veal, chicken, and more.                                                                                                                 Aroma di Mare was a nice dining experience overall. Delicious salad and tomato bisque as starters. Entrées were delicious. However, the standard veal chop ($55) was not prepared to my liking. I specifically asked for medium rare, it took a while for our meals to come out, & it ended up coming out medium well and overcooked. The server never came back until at least 10 minutes later to check on things and by then it was too late to send it back and I already didn’t want to wait 10-15 minutes for another veal chop to come out so I ended up eating it anyhow as it was nicely seasoned and tender, just not prepared properly as I requested. For a pricey entrée you would think they would know how to get it right in the kitchen. Had our server came to check with our table earlier it would have given me a chance to send it back & have a new one prepared. Wine listing was a bit limited and pricey so we brought our own bottle and were charged an $8 corkage fee. Aroma di Mare needs to improve on their quality especially of charging premium prices. We may return in the future, but perhaps try something else off their menu.

They were a bit shortstaffed so we did have to wait for some things, but otherwise our server was pleasant and attentive to our needs. Will definitely go again.

                                                                                                                My fiancé and I were able to enjoy dinner by the windows. We ordered the mussels in red and calamari for appetizers. As for our entrees, we ordered the gnocchis, bolognese, and veal with crab meat to share. All very good! We ended dinner with cappuccinos. Our wonderful waitress then gave me beautiful flowers for Valentine’s Day. Very sweet touch for a Valentine’s Day dinner. Definitely will eat there again!

                                                                                                                We were there on a slow Sunday night due to NFL playoffs. Place was empty. Their loss. Service was attentive. Cocktails A+. Apps A+ ( especially stuffed long hots). Pork chop was prime and one of the best I've had in a long time. Atmosphere was certainly nothing special but everything else more than made up for it. A surprisingly wonderful experience. Will definitely be back. Often.

                                                                                                                This was our first time at this restaurant. Our waitress was excellent and our meals were delicious. I got the penne a la vodka which was good and my date got the pasta and seafood. The food was great and the entertainment as well. We will definitely go back.

                                                                                                                The service was impeccable. Food was extremely fresh and delicious. I had a Bronzino and I have eaten this in many restaurants. This was the best I have ever tried. The manager was so kind. They offered free champagne because it was New Year’s Eve. The waitress was very efficient and very sweet and wonderful experience overall Will definitely be back. Would highly recommend it.
