   Very friendly staff that go above and beyond for you and the food was outstanding can’t wait book up again this month

   Absolutely fantastic service. Clean and most perfectly cooked food. Cocktails definitely are outstanding they are a must to try. Staff are all happy and obliging. Parking attendant outside to help you park and to keep an wte on cars. Nothing is no problem for Array xx most definitely 5stars.

   Booked array for my son’s 18th birthday dinner . Firstly I have been there before and was not happy with their services both times so divided to check website information before booking. It clearly states on their site that service charge was for groups of 6 and above, from Fridays to Sundays and also bank holidays. We had been charged for dinner of 2 and 5 people previously. On this occasion we were again charged £24 service charge which the manager started shouting from a distance about the charge being compulsory! I stated the fact that their website info says otherwise to which he explained they had lost the website password and could not change the information! Secondly services is slowwwwww you wait half an hour to even get drinks and have your offer taken when the restaurant is not full. I will advise them to check out aspera in benfleet they do a fantastic job! Don’t think I will be returning, cos spending nearly £300 and getting shouted at is not the best. On their website mocktails are priced as £7 but in the restaurant menu they are £10.

   Fabulous Ruby and Mohammad extremely attentive. Great singer on Saturday night, enjoyable. Superb value too - we will be back with all our family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

   I have been there for the first time. I had great experience. Food was served real quick, we hardly had to wait. Quantity, quality, and presentation of food have been of 5 star standard. Nice ambience with car parking spaces and friendly staffs. I will surely visit again and will recommend too. Compared to the location of the place, I think food is a shade overpriced. I had ordered lamb chops, 4pcs cost me £31. It seemed a bit expensive compared to other restaurants. Nevertheless, had a great experience.

   Nice restraunt lovely food. Only sticking point is staff are a bit rude. When ordering drinks and starters i was not allowed to order mains later, waiter insisted i did it all at once. I said i did not know yet then, gimme 5mins. He said il give you 2 mins l, we are busy tonight.

   It was a superb experience, tried the specials and it was splendid. Very cool ambience, just that the restroom had a bad odour even though it was clean. Apart from this, really nice place to dine. Thank you

   I went for the Valentine’s Day here considering I’ve been to this restaurant before on other occasions and I’ve enjoyed it. They had a set menu which was fine, but the food quality was just really not nice. My steak was medium rare when I asked for medium well, the lamb shish was undercooked. The drinks were nothing but ice and a tiny bit of syrup and that was £10 and because it was all ice, I couldn’t even drink it properly. We waited ages for our drinks. All of the waiters Particularly the one that served us had no idea about what was in the food that we ordered and couldn’t answer any questions. We asked what flavour cheesecake they have and it was described as ‘normal cheese cake’ Not only that i was triple charged on my bill and I had to wait for it to be corrected. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and it’s a shame because I’ve enjoyed myself before but this has put a bad taste in my mouth, literally. Especially for the price we paid, it was not worth it considering you can get h better quality elsewhere in that price.

   We had a great evening celebrating two family birthdays. The atmosphere was lovely. The singer was excellent and song choice was perfect. Even had a little dance. The food was very nice and a nice choice. The staff were lovely and made our evening special, they couldn’t have done more for us. We’ll definitely be going back soon. Thanks for a great night.

    Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the service was awful. The waiters seemed to go out of their way to avoid my table, barely acknowledging me the entire time. When I finally did get service, the food was disappointing—bland, poorly cooked, and definitely not worth the price. To make matters worse, when I brought up my concerns to management, they were extremely condescending and dismissive, acting as if my complaints weren’t valid. Instead of addressing the issues, they made me feel like I was the problem. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you value good service, decent food, and respectful treatment, go somewhere else!
