Array staff were very welcoming and friendly. We attended with a 2yrs, and 9month old and was treated so well. Would highly recommend for families. Food and Service was great.

I have eaten here before and took 3 work colleagues back. The service was poor. The table was booked and my colleague who got there first was told there is no booking under my name. I then arrived and they found the booking. We waited longer to be served and ended up with a duplicate drinks that we had to pay for since things were not well coordinated. We also had extra meal charged on th bill which the restaurant removed but if we did not check it then we would have paid £26 extra. I then asked that the service charge be removed as I was unhappy with the service. We would have given our own gratuity but not their set amount. They refused and insisted that because we were 4 people they must add it and we must pay it even when we complained about the service.

The staff were so nice and friendly. They allowed me to sit and wait, whilst my friend was running late. They made me feel so comfortable. It was nice and warm in the restaurant and the food was very tasty. The service was 10 out of 10. This was my second time at Array and I can honestly say that both visits were lovely, therefore I will definitely be returning.

Different place to what it used to be under previous management. The atmosphere has declined massively; the live music was pitched at the wrong level (far too loud); waiters/ waitresses got the orders wrongly repeatedly; and the decor needs a far better theme
