If you haven’t visited the is place and are a sushi fan then you need to get here immediately. Having eaten sushi all over the world I can confirm this is one of the best I have ever had. The owner and head chef has named the restaurant perfectly as he really is an artist. Some of the dishes we tried were completely unique but keeping with the best practices of sushi making and using local ingredients to the area of Poole. If time and budget permitted I would be here every week. Highly recommended.

Delicious as always! The bluefin tuna was amazing. And the unagi is incredible - a must try!

I'm not someone who gives a review because each individual has their own taste or expectation level. However, on this occasion I have to share that if you have yet tried/experienced sushi or to the many who have tried. Art Sushi is exceptional. The chef/owner is a master of his craft and the sushi/sashimi is wonderfully prepared and presented. Also a shout must go out to the supporting staff for their service and helpful knowledge.

We had a fabulous evening - the sushi was sublime! All the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable - hopefully we will be visiting again soon.

Always an excellent experience. The food is top-notch, especially the amazing bluefin tuna. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. Easily our favorite restaurant!
