With a name like Artisan Ramen, it's no surprise we only employ skilled virtuosos of ramen in our kitchen. We begin by crafting noodles fresh each day before they are hand-cook and protein prepared to order—whether its braised pork, grilled chicken, or fried tofu. We combine this all in a rich broth slowly simmered from pork or vegetable, mixing in green onion, mushrooms, and other veggies to add flavor and texture. In addition to crafting steaming bowls of ramen, we also whip up a variety of appetizers ranging from spicy edamame to beef skewers, shrimp tempura, and the all-time favorite, crab rangoons.

Ramen is NOTHING like true Japanese Ramen. Looking for true tonkotsu ramen (IMO the best ramen) this is not the place. What they call tonkotsu is just pork meat in miso or other broth choices. Very disappointing especially since it is insanely expensive. Party of 4 was $100 for ramen. Included 18% tip in bill automatically which is also annoying. Service was good although server didn’t know anything about cuisine.

The restaurant is adorable. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. We all had something different and everyone loved it. Sad there was no sushi tonight but it’s a reason to go back.

If you want great ramen, you gotta go there. The food is great! The selection is outstanding. A must for the ramen lover.

Our party of 5 Went to dinner before our show at Pabst Theater - we loved every aspect of our experience! Our server was amazing - she certainly helped us make the right decisions on our selections - and wow! From apps to our bowls - we were not disappointed- in fact we were VERY happy! We will definitely be back when we are in town! Highly recommend this place…

This is a great ramen spot overall. They feel and the atmosphere is fantastic. The selections are awesome. You can even make your own ramen if you are the picky eater. My only complaint is the hours and that you can’t make a reservations if you have less than 4 (although I see why since it’s a tight spot). We tried almost everything there and it’s awesome! You gotta go. Highly recommended.

Our food and service was amazing. I want to tell you how grateful we were for our server. My daughter spilled sauce on her white sweater and we were heading to the nutcracker. Our server brought over fresh towels and soda water and we were able to get the sauce out before we left!

we had a wonderful time. everyones food was amazing (we particularly liked the orange cauliflower and the taiyaki), and our server was amazing especially with how busy it was that night. i didnt catch her name, but she is a brunette who uses a lot of fun nicknames with customers and has a great sense of humor. if you know who i mean, please pass our gratitude and compliments along. :)

Food was fine. They were many options. I felt bad for the wait staff because they clearly seem to need more help but did a great job considering.
