Our Great Lakes-inspired, New American cuisine has an emphasis on farm-fresh fare from local and regional farms, celebrating the theme of craftsmanship and sustainability.
With booking a table in Artisan please advise your table will be reserved for 2 hours starting at the time of your reservation.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUTSIDE TABLES ARE RESERVED UPON REQUEST BUT CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.
If you have requested a table outdoors, please be advised that in the case of inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate your party inside at the same reservation time, however we cannot guarantee a table inside at the same exact time and may need to adjust the reservation time accordingly.

Had an amazing experience in the cozy cabana. It exceeded our expectations. We had so much fun swimming in the outdoor pool during a snow storm, while it was 10 degrees outside. The pool was so warm. The jumbo pretzel and the pizza was delicious. The drinks were so good too, especially the espresso martini. The service has all around been great. We will be coming back every year!

Every time we have been to Artisan has been better than the last time. The food is amazing and so creative. We make sure that everyone in the party picks a different appetizer and main course so we can all try everything! Highly recommend!!!

Artisan always is a fantastic experience. From the quality of the service to every bite of food, it is worth every penny. The steaks are delicious, the cocktails are balanced and well made then desserts are tasty without being too sweet. For any occasion I would recommend Artisan.

Service from hostess, bartender, manager and most important our server, Giovani, was perfect, professional, helpful and the exact level of attention.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Cozy Cabana experience! It was incredible to have snow gently falling as we enjoyed the warm outdoor pool. Snacks were delicious and hot cocoa was amazing!!! In addition, Lauren was THE BEST server and we so appreciated all her attention to detail. She is DELIGHTFUL!!!

Drinks and appetizers were great! Be sure to ask about special drinks. It got busy and our entrees came slow. The food was excellent. Best filet I've had in a long time. Not inexpensive but a reasonable value.

We were looking forward to the cozy cabana by the pool. Service started out phenomenal but quickly changed after our first drink order. They never put in our food order and then never came back to see if we wanted another drink. I thought they would take something off the bill but they never did. It was disappointing
