Join us as we indulge in all things Apres Ski! The talented culinary team at Artisan has crafted an exquisite three-course dinner that celebrates and showcases local produce and unique proteins. The menu for the evening will be presented by Artisan's Executive Chef, Michael Giai. This is a 3 course dinner for $65 per person. We will dine on our main dining room, savoring winter flavors. Seating is communal at multiple tables. Beverages are supplemental. Cost does not include tax and 20% gratuity. We look forward to welcoming you and celebrating the winter season!

Fantastic brunch experience! Service was a little slow but our waitress was lovely so we didn’t mind. And the food was outstanding.

As always the experience was top notch in all ways. And our server, Avery, was superb. Her menu knowledge was excellent. She was conversationally responsive to us and clearly knows how to approach dining guests without interrupting them. A+

We have dined at Artisan West Hartford quite a few times in recent years. The food and service have always been top notch! We decided to do the Christmas Day experience, and although the food was outstanding the whole event left a lot to be desired. Our reservation was for 6:30pm, and when we arrived, there were approximately a dozen people waiting to be seated for their reservation. We had to wait 35 minutes to be seated. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE for such a top-notch establishment. It seems that Artisan either overbooked this event or was unexpectedly short-handed in the kitchen. The wait staff was frenzied and could not deliver the kind of high quality service we've come to expect from this establishment. I sure hope Artisan holds a "lessons learned" post-mortem on what went wrong with this event. We will continue to dine there again, of course, but I probably won't make a reservation for another event based upon the Christmas Day 2023 fiasco.

A wonderful Christmas Dinner. The food was amazing and the staff very friendly and efficient. I would recommend Artisan, anytime.

We went to Artisan for Christmas dinner. The food was outstanding, as always, but there were a few things that detracted from the overall experience. First, they seemed understaffed, as it took a long time to get service and a very long time to get our wine order. The food came out in a timely way, but it took a very long time to get the bill paid and resolved. Our server was very nice, but seemed to have too much to do. On another note, we ate in the porch area and it was a bit cold out there. We have eaten out there before in winter and didn't have that situation. Perhaps it was just a colder than average night.

Service and attention was wonderful. The veal porterhouse ordered was fatty and tough. It was so tough the significant steak knife provided would not cut through the meat for all the fat. It was our Christmas meal so not the day to send anything back.
