I have no issue paying good money for good food, but I was highly disappointed with Ash. The flavor of the broccoli ruined the cavatelli, the steak was so gamey tasting and chewy that we didn’t eat half of it, and the portion sizes for the prices are laughable. We love other Proper House restaurants but Ash misses the mark. We won’t be back.

First things first, our server / bartender Miko was the absolute best! The menu was diverse, offering something for everyone, and each dish was a masterpiece. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was stunning—clearly crafted with care and expertise. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!

The restaurant has a cool vibe and the service was great. I gave it 3 stars because personaly I did not like the food. We tried the most popular dishes and they were not for us. I wouldn’t say it was bad, so if the menu looks good to you give it a try.

Excellent food and atmosphere! One of my new favorite restaurants in Tampa. Highly recommend the Chef’s Table experience as well!

Ash is a gem. Went with two friends for a girls night out. Started at the bar, drinks and oysters. Bartender was very helpful and a great mixologist. The raw oysters were small, delicate, and dressed with a light lemongrass cucumber mignonette. Absolutely delicious. Dinner is for sharing so we did. The conchiglie pasta was tasty and cooked to perfection. Asparagus was the best I ever had. The yellow tail and the scallops were luscious. All the food was fabulous and the staff friendly. I can’t wait to go back!
