   Enjoyed the vibe, the food, and drinks. Its a well designed rooftop with a nice ambiance. Definitely going back.

   El servicio fue pésimo en un día tan especial. En este lugar no importa si reservas o no ellos simplemente te mandan hacer la fila sin importar. Mi reserva era para las 9:30 y me pasaron una hora después. Para que hablar sobre ellos resto fue más decepcionante aún

   Horrible Experience – Not Worth It If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience at Astra was beyond disappointing. Despite having a reservation made days in advance, we had to wait in a 30-minute line just to get in. What’s the point of a reservation if they don’t honor it? Once inside, things only got worse. They first tried to seat us at a large table with strangers—completely unacceptable. When we refused, they attempted to place us in some awkward corner that didn’t even feel like part of the restaurant. After more back and forth, they finally gave us a table in the bar area, where we were practically ignored all night. There was only one server who showed up occasionally, and service was painfully slow. The food took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, every dish was cold. To make matters worse, they told us one of the dishes was unavailable, yet somehow, it mysteriously appeared later. The drinks were just as disappointing—poorly made, and no one ever asked if we wanted another round. And the dessert? The absolute worst thing I’ve ever eaten in my life. Astra is a complete disaster from start to finish. Avoid it at all costs.

   Service was terribly slow, and the food was terribly fast and unseasoned. We ordered drinks as we sat, and ordered food about 10 minutes later. The drinks arrived well after our appetizers, and our entrees arrived about 3 minutes after the appetizers dropped, cluttering the table with plates. Our server never once checked in or offered another round of drinks. I’m super disappointed a 21% gratuity was automatically included, because the service was that disinterested in matching the experience ASTRA is charging for. If it wasn’t Valentine’s Day I would have spoken to the manager. All in all, the filet mignon was cooked well done and the grilled branzino had zero seasoning and rubbery skin. The entire experience was not worth $300, I want to lay a curse ridden response showing how I really felt about this place, because it was a complete ripoff, and worthy of the vitriol, but I do t want this review deleted. This place is all surface beauty and absolutely ZERO SUBSTANCE, so I guess its enough to be a success in Miami.

   Visiting on Valentine’s Day was disappointing due to the limited prix fixe menu, offering only four additional regular menu items. I prefer a broader selection and, despite calling ahead, couldn’t reach anyone to confirm the menu details. Had I known, I wouldn’t have made the reservation. The filet mignon arrived cold, and the chicken was overcooked. When my mother ordered a mojito with the alcohol on the side, we were informed it would incur an extra charge, equivalent to ordering a separate shot. This policy suggests they might be skimping on alcohol in their cocktails. On a positive note, the ambiance and scenery were gorgeous. February offers beautiful weather in South Florida, perfect for sky gazing and watching airplanes fly by. Our server, Nykita, was amazing—making numerous efforts to accommodate us, including speaking Spanish and providing alternatives. The menu was the biggest disappointment, especially since it was my brother’s birthday and we love Mediterranean food. The entrée options—salmon, filet mignon, a vegetarian dish, and chicken skewers—didn’t fully represent Mediterranean cuisine, except for the branzino, which I chose. They offered two desserts, but by the time we ordered, only the cheesecake was available. I had hoped for the chocolate dessert, which was already gone. In summary, while the setting and service were commendable, the limited menu, food quality issues, and restrictive policies detracted from the overall experience.

    Beautiful place, we unfortunately had terrible service. We waited over 30 minutes just for our first drink order once seated, and than almost another 20 minutes to get our first round of drinks. After an hour of sitting and waiting with only 1 drink, we decided to leave. I would return for the bar and with the intention of not eating.
