   Everything we ordered was great with the exception of the NY steak. It was not hot, the taste was good and the sides that it came with were hot but the stake itself was just warm. We both got the steak and both of them were not hot. Also, we would like a little more space between the tables as we were in the middle where one side is a booth and the other side a chair. It was too close to the people next to us and hard to get out of the booth and not be right in their space.

   Another visit to Ata Restaurant and another 5 star evening in every category and at every level. Chef / Owner, David Danielson and his amazing team provide the ultimate dining experience, from the food, to the service, to the thoughtful wine and cocktail list to the cool vibe of this hot spot. In a foodie city with so many wonderful choices, this gem is must !!!

   Food was great. Service was fair but not 5 star. Reason: the service my wife experienced was far superior because she went with people who knew the chef & maitre’d. Thus, the service was excellent in-spite of a long wait. Today (just for a table of two): 1. First course was not brought at the same time. 2.Table was not cleaned after main course. When politely requested, the matire’d obliged but not pleased (did it in a rude manner).

   Our server seemed more interested in boasting about the special than our experience. We were told the Tuesday special was already “so discounted “ that no substitutions could be permitted. When we offered to pay it was permitted, but the attitude was not client forward

   We’ve eaten here many times and always have the same outstanding experience. Allen was our server and he was outstanding. The food was so good, just a pleasure to eat. Well done, Ata!!

   The striped bass and pork chop were delicious and perfectly cooked! Both the service and the ambiance were superb.

    Every Tuesday, I join about 6 of my mates for the $25 USD Fried Chicken and Ribs dinner. While the restaurant is or has white table cloths and suchnits fine dining that is very approachable and not at all pretentious. The food is always the best and the service attentive .
