Ein Besuch im Atlantic Restaurant ist ein gesamtheitliches Erlebnis. Alle sind bemüht einem einen perfekten Abend zu bescheren. Der Service sowie die Speisen und Getränke sind sehr schmackhaft und toll präsentiert. Das Ambiente mondän! Wir haben uns sehr wohl und verwöhnt gefühlt.

The atmosphere was magical—everything was beautifully decorated, and the ambiance was enchanting. However, the amount of food was minimal, and it was quite simple for a Michelin-starred restaurant and such a “luxury” place 😏. We were very hungry and informed the staff that we wanted the food to be served as quickly as possible, but it was brought out slowly and with long intervals between courses. I understand that this is haute cuisine, but the portions were remarkably small and didn’t satisfy us, especially on such a cold and windy day 😑. The waiter spent a lot of time explaining each dish he brought, but when we interrupted him, he made a visibly displeased face, which was noticeable. At times, it felt like he was overly arrogant for a waiter. The birthday greeting was lackluster and confusing—they said they’d bring a small cake accompanied by the “Happy Birthday” song, but the waiter delivered it so primitively that it didn’t feel festive at all. The music was barely audible, playing so quietly it might as well not have been there 😬. We were also served dessert, and one of them had a black hair—or perhaps a long fiber—inside it. The plate was taken away for “investigation,” and they said they would try to make up for the mistake. Without consulting us, they brought an additional dessert, which I didn’t like at all 😬🤨. Initially, we wanted to order meat, but the waiter talked us out of it and said, “Fish is our specialty!” Unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case. The bill came to around €500 for four people, including drinks (served by the glass, not bottles).

Es war ein wirklich schöner Abend. Vom Service bis zum Essen und Getränke war alles hervorragend. Vor allem die Atmosphäre ist schön.

Der neue Koch ist wirklich gut, Moderne, leichte französische Küche. Service sehr aufmerksam.

Das Ambiente ist super und die Stühle sind sehr bequem. Zudem fühlt man sich dank sympathischem und entspanntem Personal direkt sehr wohl. Die Weinempfehlung war passend zu meinen Wünschen. Um 18:30 Uhr war es noch ruhig und leer, später am Abend wurde es etwas lebhafter (Samstag). Ich hatte das vegetarische 7-Gänge-Menü und war damit recht zufrieden. Leider war der Hauptgang (Portobello Pilz) etwas langweilig, da auch die Teriyaki-Soße von diesem nicht aufgenommen wurde und auch der Käse (Brie de Meaux) war für mich eher schwach im Vergleich zu den anderen Gängen bei denen besonders und intensiv die Geschmäcker inszeniert worden waren, für meinen Geschmack teils fast zu salzig. Es war ein kleines Abenteuer die gut erklärten Gerichte zu entdecken und zu genießen. U.a. hat mich das Himbeer-Sorbet begeistert. Es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung und ein gelungener Abend, der 3,5-4 Std andauerte. Zu den Toiletten muss man leider eine Treppe heruntergehen, was für ältere Menschen etwas anstrengend sein kann.

Wir durften ein vorzügliches Menu in toller Athmosphäre geniessen. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr freundlich, kompetent und aufmerksam, welche uns einen wundervollen Abend beschert haben. Herzlichen Dank!
