   Loved the ambience and decor of the downstairs area. It was our first time! Cocktails amazing at the bar! All the food we ordered was great except my ONE complaint - too salty and steak frites should be a thinner cut of tender meat steak not an 8oz fat ribeye smothered in salty gravy! Tone down the salt and it will be perfection!

   Frog legs did not have much taste. Oysters were good, mignonette sauce has too much vinegar taste. Drinks were amazing and great recommendation from Server. Service was great; friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. Noise was a little loud but not too overbearing. Beef cheek was amazing and so was the chocolate dessert. We will probably come back for happy hour.

   This was the second time my wife and I dined at Auguis. This hidden gem offers a perfect blend of casual comfort and gourmet cuisine. The laid-back atmosphere puts you at ease while the expertly crafted dishes surprise and delight your taste buds. It's our favorite spot for a relaxed yet impressive dinner. Just like the first time, the experience brought us back to France. The service was incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming, and the wait staff made you feel at home. This is our favorite of all the French bistros we have been to in California. The French Onion Soup was the best I've had outside France - perfectly caramelized onions in a deep, flavorful broth, topped with a generous layer of gooey Gruyère. The food was a culinary delight. Every aspect of our evening was flawless. Thank you for a great experience.

   Augie's is delightful from the decor when you walk in. The menu offered many choices and the server described the daily specials. The taste and presentation were great. We were celebrating a birthday and were surprised with ice cream and candle for dessert! We're looking forward to trying other options at our next visit.

   Great time the service and staff were super nice snd accommodating, the food was good and plentiful yet not very Hot/Warm , the appetizers 10 out of 10 , we will try it again and see if its any different on a non holiday setting . Thanks Steve

   Our server was excellent but I was very disappointed in the burger and fries and the salad was overdressed. Best thing we had was the gnocchi.

   The service, choice of entres was oustounding as well as the service!! I loved the decor and matched the French atmosphere and cuisine. And the cocktails were very unique and soo delicious!! Really liked the choice of spirits and liquors. The cleanliness was top notch as well as the bathroom decor. I loved the music choice. My husband and I had a the best dining experience. We are definitely going to be making this a favorite 😍

    I couldn't taste the garlic in the escargot because of the overwhelming taste of parsley and pernot. The duck confit was delicious. My partner said the duck liver pate was pretty uninteresting. He reported that the Dover sole was quite tasteless. We were seated too close to a very loud party of 4. We won't be going back.
