   Fantastic staff and atmosphere. Went around 9pm and it was extremely quiet (customer wise) so was a little hesitant on arrival but was extremely pleased with the food and staff at this establishment. We had the cote de boeuf with two sides to go with it and it was delicious!

   Top venue & service . We even spoke with the manager who was present talking to guest customers most of the evening … a nice touch o thought Thank you ☺️ I would only say that the cauliflower steak lacked any substance and although came with fries , it could have been presented better

   The restaurant is decorated with a lovely ambience. The food was great however service was slow considering the restaurant was very quiet on my visit. There were 5 tables occupied when I arrived and I waited around 30 minutes for drinks orders to be taken and had to ask for the bar menu that I’d spotted online. This delayed ordering after reviewing the bar menu. The A La Carte menu online is not the A La Carte menu when arriving which was disappointing. Overall the food was great and tasty however the service could be improved.

   Excellent Sunday roast for a family of 6 and super service. Guitarist provided the appropriate musical backdrop. Would like the choice of buying one course even though would probably end up buying extra! Will return.

   Great food, good ambiance, lovely staff. Service a tad bit slow. Took a while to bring us dessert menus and check. Prices also on the high side. Otherwise, loverly restaurant. Will return.

   Had an amazing experience for Valentine's day. Lovely ambience and great service. Would recommend for date night or big events

    Went to Aura on Valentine’s Day. The food was poor, the service was bad (plates left on table for 20+ minutes after finishing) and the drinks were over priced. The table next to us walked out before even ordering. Real shame as we had high hopes and want to see the Coal Exchange do well. Definitely need to up their game if they want to compete with the rest of Cardiff’s food scene.
