   The food, as always was excellent. I had the coc au vin and my husband had the Moroccan short ribs. Bo was our wonderful and excellent host and Hope was our wonderful and excellent server. R we come here every year for our anniversary. We’ll be back again for sure.

   Wonderful meal! Cozy atmosphere. We loved the bistro steak especially. Great service.

   We booked this reservation 1+ month in advance, excited for Valentine’s Day. We were seated 30 minutes late and the staff seamed overwhelmed and unwilling to help. Other groups and 2pp parties were seated before us even though their reservation was after ours… apparently because we were assigned specific tables, which I thought was strange. Food for the price was subpar. We got the short rib, which came highly recommended, but for $65 it was underwhelming… more fat than meat and harissa gravy/chickpea salad was bland, leaving more to be desired. Same goes for the crab cake salad. We have been to E3 many times so this was surprising and an overall disappointing experience.

   Not our first visit but overall disappointing due to inattentive server and long wait for food. We ate the seasonal tasting menu and food was fantastic. I enjoyed the broccoli salad and sea bass. Restaurant very busy. Cost high. Need server who focuses on tables near bar, multi patrons sitting and waiting for food and drink. We were at restaurant for over two hours even though they told us the preferred we only take up table space for 1.5 hours.

   Way too loud! We asked to turn down the music and they did. Then they turned it up again. This happened three times until we gave up. Deafening - couldn't hear our friends chatting.

   This is definitely a top place to go to in steamboat. With all the apres ski greasy food it’s nice to sit at this place and enjoy some quality fresh food. It was delicious and so were the drinks. Highly recommend.

   Such a yummy spot with a cool vibe. Good wine list. The wedge salad and lamb manti dumplings were delicious. We also ordered the bison strip and subbed the cheesy grits. Amazing. Highly recommend.
