   The customer service could be improved. For most times, we were waiting to talk to someone, but the food was good.

   This was a very disappointing experience. On a Saturday this was more of a bar first and restaurant second. Tried ordering two bottles of wine from the list - neither were in stock. Then tried ordering a ribeye steak - that was not available either. Ordered sirloin with fries - it came with triple cooked chips. Despite all these issues the waitress was never particularly apologetic leading us to believe this was normal. Of course the service charge was still automatically added to the bill. I would avoid this place unless you want to try the rooftop bar purely for drinks. Overpriced and poorly run.

   Terribly slow service. Food took way too long at lunch which didn’t make sense given the restaurant was mostly empty. Wouldn’t recommend.

   Fantastic ambience for cocktails (not had food), cocktails are top class, everything is perfect but the bathrooms are missing hand lotion 🧴(management team). Still 5 stars overall :)

    Very disappointed with the food, the portions were tiny and not great quality considering the price point. The presentation of staff was poor. We booked a table for 5 yet the location of table was like we head been forgotten about so squeezed in a table designed for 4. I said it was for a 60th Birthday party and it did not feel like that had been considered and was not mentioned. I emailed before also to enquire about drinks on the roof top terrace and there was no offer to book this for me or make the experience easier (your booking website if awful and very confusing). Glad they didn't in hind sight as at a minimim of £50 per person for drinks in a very questionable atmosphere. We were glad we didn't have to stay longer. The roof top looked very small and cramped too. Sadly cannot recommend.
