Azabu Choko is a Chinese restaurant with a menu based on Sichuan cuisine serving original dishes using the finest fresh seasonal ingredients. Azabu Choko offers diners a unique experience as they prepare dishes blending traditional Sichuan cuisine with influences of Japanese tastes to create one-of-a-kind Sichuan-Japanese fusion meals. Using hand-made Jiuniang seasoning made with fermented rice, the chefs at Azabu Choko are able to prepare flavorful dishes without using artificial seasoning to create low-fat, healthy and original dishes that can only be found there. The dining space is warm and inviting; a modern look finished in clean, crisp earth tones offset by brilliant splashes of yellow. The restaurant features large, roomy tables and boasts four private rooms that can accommodate 2 to 26 people.
