   This place has a great vibe and should have been great. We got sat on time and got drinks, then ordered. Twenty min later no bread, no salad no app. Waitress came back by after 20 min, we mentioned how it had been a while. She went back to check and came back to say the order was not in system. 🤨. took no accountability. Finally they brought out bread- and then apps followed. Shouldn’t been light dressing was drenched! Octopus was not good at all. We are about 45 min in- not off to a great start! But the main meals were really good! Chilean sea bass and Branzino. Our wine was never refilled, we were not even offered a 2nd glass- and because we were so annoyed we didn’t ask. after 1:30 min meal - and then screwing up you’d think they would of kept our drinks full. Overall I think it would have been better- if not for poor service!

    We had a wonderful meal last evening. It was everything positive that we had read online and that our daughter had told us after her visit a few weeks ago. Cory was a great server, attentive, knowledgeable, and all in all, great entertainment.  It was busy, but he never skipped to beat. I ordered the famous chicken and husband ordered a burger after saying one at the next table. Both were absolutely delicious and the truffle fries were really great. Everything was perfectly seasoned. My little side salad was just right. Sadly, we had no room for dessert. Will definitely visit again. it was busy, but he never skipped to beat. I

   food is excellent..... pricey..but service is great..only negative was the hostess kept trying to sit us & people after us at the worst 2 top table with a view of the bathroom. with many other 2 tops available throughout the rooms with much better ambiance..i dont know why some of these kids dont use restaurant etiquette which is keep seating guests at the best tables available until the worst tables are all that's left!.. Otherwise you're telling those guests that you don't value them...So come sit the directly facing the bathroom rooms even though we have all these nicer tables available...... no ocean views just in case you don't realize that on-line. but if you have a larger party and are in the bar area it should be great..

   We loved our experience last year at Azar and couldn’t wait to return this trip. We asked for a slow roll out of food as we were not in a rush. We ordered our drinks, waited… and then our food… Our food arrived before minutes after ordering and before our drinks or even the welcome bread… The pork belly that we loved were so tough and dry we had to send it back, something we never do. The next plate was just as bad. Our server was excellent, as we had him the year prior but it just felt rushed and the food had changed. The tuna was the only dish we had that was still the same.

   Well- was excited after seeing the reviews. Honestly, we were disappointed. The food was overpriced for what you get. Food quality was ok, but not great. Sea Bass was uninspired. Chicken was a bit dry and tasteless. Scallop appetizer was meh. Had to search for a couple of miniature scallops in the dish. Drinks were the best part of the menu. Oh, and at a table of four of us, they somehow forgot my entree so we did the stare at each other for five minutes thing because no one wanted to start without me. Overall, there are many better options on the island at this price level. Won’t be back soon….
