Housed in The Shops at Clearfork, patrons can enjoy elegant dining paired with a menu boasting the finest Texas and Japanese Wagyu beef, as well as in-house 28-day and 55-day dry-aged USDA Prime beef – all hand cut in The Butcher Shop. B&B is now one of only 29 U.S. restaurants certified by the Kobe Beef Association in Japan, offering 100% authentic, A5 certified Kobe beef from 100% Tajima cattle.

    First of all, do NOT sit upstairs. Downstairs feels open and festive. Upstairs with 7 foot ceiling feels like you are in a basement with noise levels unbearable. Mushroom soup, meatballs tasteless. Horrible. Bacon wrapped shrimp served way overcooked. Caesar salad drenched in dressing. Only consistent was that nothing was good.

    Wonderful first time experience. Recommended by a friend; finally had the opportunity to check it out. Impeccable service and food from beginning to end. The manager (perfectly dressed in a beautiful suit and tie) stopped by the table to ensure everything was perfect. Far, far better than Trulucks, Perrys, or the Capital Grill. Will definitely return.

    Our waiter, Carlos, did not check on us very much. In fact, I would say he was very unattentative. The food was excellent but he did not bring it out. We needed more beverages and he was no where to be found. He also brought my friend chips instead of salad and oil and vinegar. Then he brought a salad without the oil and vinegar. This was my second time to eat here. My first time the waiter was incredible. It just surprised me.

    Outstanding experience from the moment we walked in. While the food was outstanding it must be said the entire staff, but particularly our server (Aaron), bent over backwards to make our experience memorable. This location seems less busy than their Houston counterpart, which is a shame as it is consistently excellent, in my experience.

    The service wandered food was amazing, the only down side was that too many tables squeezed in. Felt like we were on top of the tables next to us.

    Compared to the caliber of B&B Butcher in Houston, this location was a disappointment. The service was informal, unlike what you expect from a steakhouse. There were noisy food carts rolling around us upstairs, bumping into us while we ate. The food was average. The steak was tough. There was also very undressed, drunk tables around us. Nothing like the Houston location.
