Summer was our server and she was literally one of the best I have had all summer!! Even the valet (we didn’t use) was fun and personable. baba is a little pricey, but we had a great dinner.

Hot pot and sushi was great but service was terrible. Wasn’t very busy and server was frantic. Took 5+ minutes for her to greet us. Put all food in at once rather than staggering hot pot then sushi. Not enough room on the table for all of it at once and ended up putting sushi on tray for clearing tables. I think I will stick to Kaizen down the road.

If you appreciate good sushi, then Baba's is the place to go. Have NEVER had a bad experience with the food. Love this place.

While our server was pleasant, it seemed that other servers attended to our table more frequently than she did. Food was ok… drinks were better. Service was ok…. FYI , this was a party of 5 with close to a $500 tab… expected a bit more

From the hostess to Alexxi the service and food was yet again amazing!!! Best sushi around!

Took my mother for hot pot for the first time. She loved it. Such a unique experience. Wish the initial service was faster, but it was also packed so I understand.

Our first time at Baba Sushi. We ordered Hot Pot with steak and veggies in addition to Sashimi and some specialty rolls. Everything was excellent. Server clearly explained how the process worked and was patient with bringing food out to not rush us through dinner. The hot pot and rolls were excellent and sashimi was very fresh. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Awesome food done well. Service is equally good which makes a huge difference. Well worth it. Never disappointed over the several visits to this fine restaurant.

We have been to Baba Sushi in Sturbridge many times and it has always been great. However, last night was disappointing. We each started with a Mai tai, which was all juice and barely any alcohol. We ordered crab rangoons as an appetizer, which we have enjoyed in the past. Last night they were chewy, as if they had been reheated. There was only a small dab of cream cheese in the bottom, and not one speck of crab to be found. I politely told our young waiter about the drinks and rangoons, and he apologized. When he brought our maki rolls out, he simply said he hoped these would make up for the other shortcomings. The maki rolls were good, but a little underwhelming compared to past experiences there. The waiter never returned to ask how the rolls were or if he could refill our waters or get another drink of any kind. When the bill came, the disappointing drinks and rangoons were still on the bill. No visit from a manager either to inquire about our concerns. We are not planning to go back there anytime soon.
