   This was an amazing experience from beginning to end. It’s exactly what you are looking for in a Christmas themed restaurant. Will be back every year!!!

   The restaurant had very nice Christmas decor. We took our son for his birthday, but the service was bad. We saw people walking out due to lack of attention. We waited a long time. Once the food arrived, it wasn’t anything to brag about. The food was over priced and the service was horrible.

   Must do during Christmas time!!!!! It is amazing!!! Picture for pictures. We were 10 minutes late for our reservation and the hostess was not going to let us go to our table even though it was still available and they were taking walk ins. A very nice gentleman (the manager) let us go still.

   The dining room manager was rude to us as we were trying to look around at the decorations, so we didn’t stay. We left this rude place and went to Carmine’s, where we had the most amazing food and service. Thanks to your rude manager, we now have a new favorite tradition with Carmine’s!

   The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Festive and really fun. Hideously over booked and understaffed. Staff was pleasant but so extremely overwhelmed that it didn't matter. My friend requested no bacon and no cheese in her omelet, the server stated no problem. It arrived with cheese. We had a curtain and didn't have time to send it back. My food was cold. Not a pleasant experience.

   I’m so disappointed and I had really been looking forward to this meal and experience. My server came over only once during my whole time there just to take my order, after falling all over the couple next to me that were seated ten minutes after me doing anything and everything for them. He got them alcoholic drink refills and dessert, and I had beg for ketchup once my meal came. The couple next to me was long gone and I couldn’t even beg for my bill because I could not get the server’s attention no matter what I did. I have to wonder if he ignored me because I was by myself, and maybe he thought I wasn’t worth his time or tip. The table of women next to me noticed everything and said they felt bad for me. I know they meant well, but this embarrassed me even further. I had tears in my eyes and just wanted to leave. After all that, the main course was not great but I really wanted to try the churros for dessert however my server seemed to think I was invisible. I told another employee - I had to stand up and flail my arms around to get his attention - how upset I was and he simply shrugged and continued handing out Santa hats to people around the restaurant. Again, I was mortified and on the verge of tears. The kind ladies at the table next to me kept apologizing for my bad experience, which was not their job. What a terrible time. Never, ever again would I come here. And making me feel invisible tells me that it’s not solo-diner friendly at all.

   I've been to this restaurant before, but this time the holiday decor was unbelievable. Really great experiences for pre-theater lunch.

    The ambience was like no other. It was like a Christmas wonderland. It was kind of slow in there when we first arrived as we had an 11:15am reservation for brunch but our waiter seemed to be overwhelmed. Service was SLOW and he also forgot about our food (took about 45 mins to come out) and when it finally arrived it was cold. We didnt complain as it really didnt matter. We were there for the decorations anyway and had a show to make by 1. This wont stop us from coming as we have dined here for dinner before and it was excellent.
