Come dine with Michelin Guide awarded Chef Guillaume Robin at the Fabulous Wave Hotel. Influenced by the many flavors of Central and South America, and centered around a dramatic open theater kitchen, BACÁN is elevated yet approachable, innovative, and just a little bit unexpected.

To ensure the most sophisticated experience, we politely request all guests be respectful in their choice of attire while adhering to the following guidelines. For gentlemen we consider tank tops, sleeveless shirts, ripped jeans and flip flops too casual for our restaurant. Ladies are encouraged to wear dresses and skirts, casual dress pants, or jeans (no rips) with a stylish top. All guests should refrain from wearing ball caps, team athletic wear or clothing with offensive language. Any guest denied entry due to our dress code can be accommodated immediately or in the future after adhering to our attire guidelines.

    This restaurant deserve a Michelin Star, I have not complaints at all, otherwise I can say this is the best gourmet restaurant in Town of its category. Delicious food, well balanced flavors, dishes presentation and ambience is gorgeous. Service is outstanding and location very convenient.

    I highly recommend the Tuna Crudo! Every course was delicious! The staff is excellent! I can’t stop telling my friends about Bacán!

    Expensive, but you get what you pay for. One of the best places to eat I've ever been. Interesting, novel, fresh dishes of top quality.

    Clau was are elegant and knowledgable server. Everyone was lovely and service was fantastic, the food was great. Took parents in late 70s who commented for 48 hours how great their meals were. The birria short ribs are spectacular.

    Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant. The food meets high expectations for perfection, but it is on the pricier side, which is to be expected. However, the scallop pâté with beets and imitation caviar misses the mark. Red caviar should have a satisfying pop, not a roll, and beets belong to a different flavor profile altogether. Despite this, the food remains enjoyable, and we should always appreciate the effort that goes into creating it.

    The service was great. Our waitress was super courteous and attentive. My only complaint was the food was room temperature. We waited a very long time for our food and it seemed as if it was sitting for a long time before it was brought out. The prices were a bit high compared to the portion sizes. I had the Snapper, one appetizer and a glass of Porsecco and my check was $97. It was a nice experience though.

    It was my anniversary with my wife and they really made it special. The food the Service was amazing to the kindness from the staff. Definitely will be visiting again. Truly made the night very special!
